    Cons -

    • I have seen no one
    • The tv remote didn't work which made the tv useless.
    • Check-in and staff service are terrible. To check in, you have to use a screen located outside, regardless of the weather — rain, snow, or cold. The system doesn’t work properly. When I checked in, I didn’t notice that the room number briefly appeared on the screen. The hotel then sent me a welcome message on WhatsApp, and when I asked again for my room number, they told me that I had no reservation....I had to go floor by floor, door by door, to check which room would open — and I wasn’t the only guest with this problem.Between 14:00 and 06:00 you can only speak to a bot. If anything happens — whether you’re missing toilet paper or the hotel is on fire — the bot simply says, “I understand your frustration; a staff member will help you at 06:00.”The room itself is very small and has poor lighting — it is extremely dark.

    Convenient and quiet location

There was insufficient light in the room, only 2 small standing lamps, one of which was broken. No ceiling lamp, no reading lamp. It was difficult to find things and impossible to read in the evening. Also the room was cold so I requested an extra blanket but it was not delivered to my room. The sign says that the reception is open in the morning until 2:00pm but at 1:00pm it was already closed and the door locked.

Good location and quite reasonably priced

Difficult to check in with machine and no automated check out but not staffed 24 hours. Had to wait a long while to check out past the advertised times. Not the cleanest unfortunately

    Noise free

Hygiene staff doesn't care about privacy, bedding was not clean and hygienic, full of mold and fungus. No reception service around the clock. It's not like hotel, rather a building remotely being controlled. Not recommended.

I liked the fast check-in/check-out and digital key. Hotel completely met my requirements. The neighborhood is nice as well.

Clean rooms, breakfast sufficient. Cheese was kept separate from the pork cold cuts. Thanks for that.

Reception and restaurant area closed at 14.00. No space for sitting together (no lobby area). Check in outside the hotel via a touch screen machine (security concerns in case of late night check in)

Easy check in/check out process. Bed is ok, a bit small for too. The room was clean, and not loud to sleep. Suitable for 1 night stay.

    1. The room size: The room was very small2. Bathroom: unpleasant sewer smell from the bathroom, and there wasn't a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel.3. Parking: please note that there are only 3 parking spaces in the courtyard - book in advance, as it can be quite difficult to find parking nearby.

    6Bor-pPosted on: 10-7-2025

Not far from the U-bahn. The room was clean. The checkin is electronic and effortless. Private parking was available but there are only 4 places.

There was almost no soap in the bathroom, and even after we asked to refill it, nothing changed. The breakfasts were very poor and repetitive. The room was just the minimum acceptable size — warm, but stuffy. There were no hooks for towels in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient.

The location was convenient and check-in easy.

The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. There was a giant cobweb hanging on the ceiling above our heads. There was no soap and no shower gel - just an empty dispenser.

The hotel is clean, and the bed was comfortable for one person. It is off the main road in a courtyard, so it's quiet. The staff I met were friendly. The hotel gave me a refund for the night when I couldn't get in. ( See below)

Quite a lot.1. They have a digital check-in system. You check in online, and they are supposed to send you a digital key for unlocking outer and inner doors. This didn't reach my email. Apparently, it doesn't reach you if you book through booking.com.I arrived late at night after a long day of travel and couldn't get in. There is a touch screen outside which prints your key card. It recognised my booking but also asked for a date of birth. I hadn't given a date of birth to Booking.com, so it rejected me.By the time I realised that booking.com had allocated a random date on their system and typed that in, the screen informed me I'd made too many attempts and denied me access. They supply emergency numbers, but none of them were answered by a human, and no help was available.I was a solo woman alone late at night in a strange city and had to go elsewhere to sleep. The hotel refunded that night, sent the digital key to my phone, and said they'd put a key card in my room. That didn't happen, but reception gave me one.ADVICE - make sure they have emailed you the digital key before you travel.. Make sure you have your d.o.b on Booking.com.2. The 'French' room. Perhaps Germans think that French people are tiny and sleep in cupboards. The bed was a small double - great for one but less good for two, especially because one side was against the window wall, and there was only a narrow space to get in on the other side. The desk lamp didn't work. The bedside reading light didn't work. I didn't bother complaining because I didn't need them. There is a shallow hanging space with suitcase shelf by the room door. This is unlit so hard to see what you are looking for and when you open the room door it tends to hit the clothes hangers.ADVICE be prepared to ask for stuff to be fixed. Take your own shampoo and conditioner because it's not provided. There is no tea or coffee facility in the room.

    Honestly, nothing positive to mention.

The service was very poor. Although there was a staff member at the lobby for a few minutes, she provided no assistance, quickly closed everything, and rushed me upstairs through the stairway because she was more focused on her personal matters. This created an unpleasant and unsafe feeling.

    8AndreaPosted on: 9-16-2025

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too.

I didn't like the fact that there was no person to welcome you at check-in but just an automat outside the hotel close to the street. Everyone would have been able to read the information you had to provide. It was getting dark too, so I felt a bit anxious on my own before I was able to get my key card to enter the premises.

    7ThomasPosted on: 8-28-2025

Room was well designed and duvet very nice. Perfect location, just off mid Berlin with a nearby U stop for two lines.

More clarity would have been helpful in the check-in process. I was lucky to have arrived during "office hours" - 6a to 10:30a on weekdays (later on weekends). At any other time you must pay and get your key card (only on a phone? or a card" I wasn't sure), so really this is "self check-in." Also I was sent by email a check in by phone method. I could not complete the form using my phone, it should be redesigned.

    Abaolutely nothing.

The very sad entrance, reception, suoer uncomfortable bed, suffocating room and very rude staff at the reception.

    2NijanthanPosted on: 8-12-2025

    Very poor

No one at reception- reception was closed all the time with no one available to reach out for issuesSoap ran out in my bathroom- I asked the maintenance ladies who said they dont have it stock and it will take 2 days for it to come. I had to go and buy my own soapCockroaches in the room- absolutely disgusting. no one to raise this with.

Clean nice room with the bathroom not far from the subway station

Breakfast was enough, but not tasty. Receptionist wasn’t friendly

We liked the fact, that there was practically no staff. We could enter all hotel and room doors via a website-key and sould also park our car at the inside parking. Breakfast was very nice.

Room was a bit small, but clean and practical. No AC. Sliding doors for toilets are not the most pleasant ones.
