Great location for my needs.

Absolutely non existent WiFi. Theres a network apparently, but it’s either weak or invisible. Front desk was made aware. Probably this place won’t work for real business travelers until it gets sorted out.

Good accommodation for the price and has everything you need, was close to a festival I was going to at ORWO Haus.

Reception was not open until exactly 15:00 but that is when check-in time starts. But if you want to drop luggage off early before check-in time this can't be done, not a big deal though.

It was cheap and within walking distance to the train. The beds were comfortable enough

The hallways are dirty and the office hours are very limited.

The place was extremely dirty, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the building, the fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. for no reason, there was loud drilling noise the next morning, and there’s no guarantee of getting a parking spot even if you book one on Booking.

I am absolutely disappointed!

Because the hotel was not in operation. There was no staff. There was no cafe or coffee machine, you couldn't go upstairs because there was some construction work going on upstairs, the elevator wasn't working, there wasn't even anywhere to sit, no one answered the phone. I decided to ask the taxi service to take me to the center during the day. In more than an hour, not a single person passed by except for one mechanic, and you couldn't go upstairs. That and the fact that no one answered any of the contacts were enough for me to conclude that something was seriously wrong with that hotel and to move away to a safe zone. I sent the photos from my cell phone earlier.

The hotel is located in the east of Berlin, in a quiet area. There are grocery stores nearby. The hotel has good transport links: there is a tram line and S-Bahn station in the immediate proximity; you can reach the city centre in half an hour.The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The shower may seem a little outdated, but there is nothing critical about it.The hotel exceeded my expectations compared to its current rating on Booking.

For a budget hotel out of central Berlin it was very well priced and affordable. The main lady on reception was friendly and approachable as well helpful. Room was comfortable. Was grateful for the extra hour given for late check out

Firstly I requested an early check-in and was sent email it will be ok as you pay €15.00. I turned up at 1130am and the reception was closed to 3pm. I rang the number several times no answer. I finally found a cleaning staff who got someone but obviously my early check-in slipped through the system. My second issue was the original room the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. I had to put pressure to move rooms. Despite the hiccups we got there.

Just some pet peeves but nothing major:- the pillows are really really thin and give no support- the ac was really weak- i dont understand the point of spliting the bathroom and the shower with a wall, just makes both smaller while removing the wall would give more space.- i dont understand the point of having the sync all the way in the other side of the room.

No reception at 2pm when I arrived. Had to wait til 3pm

I booked a 4-bed dorm, and upon arrival, the front desk transferred me into a female-only dorm. I was very happy about this, as this was a rushed, last-minute booking.

The fact that I needed to make my own bed after a long day's travel...The bunk bed's light and charging point did not work either :-(
