Gold Palais Hotel

We had a room towards the backyard/garden which was very quiet. The room was super clean, the beds and pillows comfy.

Good beds, nice room, good breakfast…perfect

The location, rooms and staff!

Cleaning of the room is awesome. This otel is in the city center, tou could go everywhere with M4 tram that goes in front of the otel.

Perfect location and clean

The only "negative" was the pillows

good location value for money clean rooms

Very spacious rooms, higher hallways ceilings and with excellent public transportation connections, bike lanes and a huge public park nearby

We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Our room was very clean and comfortable, though we did encounter some issues with the shower cabin drainage. Despite that, the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable.

it was close to decent restaurants, and breakfast was good enough and Marina at the front desk was very nice and helpful

no netflix and there was only one english channel, a news channel . Housekeeping was not excellent.

My room was quite big and the bed was very comfortable which is for me personally very important. With thick curtains the room gets quite dark which I again like. The room was very clean and the workers in the hotel are super friendly. The location of the hotel is very central and yet the rooms are quiet.

The ritual products available in the room, the room was comfortable and clean

The room overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet. Even the smallest room felt quite spacious and had a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and tasty. The hotel is in a great location: there’s a tram stop nearby (just two stops to Alexanderplatz), a bus stop close by, and a delicious pizzeria with a mini-mart next door. Great value for money.

Good clean quiet and breakfast was good

Nothing really

The room was wonderful and very comfortable, with a clean, soft, and pleasant carpet. The furniture was new, and the ventilation and heating systems worked perfectly. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. This was one of my best hotel experiences — I’ll definitely stay here again!

Amazing location. In a very safe neighborhood that you can easily get around the whole city from. The staff were great. The shower is Amazing. Would defo stay here again.

This hotel was a wonderful find! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Location near bus station but you need to walk or drive to see water and places of attraction

clean and new

far from restarurants or shops
