Hotel is super clean and is in a wonderful location. The room is the perfect size.

I wish I had known that babies were an extra 20 euros a night and children 50 euros a night. That seems excessive. I would have chosen a different hotel since it made the grand total higher than I would have liked.

This is a pretty, welcoming and comfortable hotel in a quiet street. Very helpful,friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, great bed and shower. Coffee and tea provided. Scumptious breakfast and tea and coffee avaialble during the day. As a single traveller I felt very safe and looked after

The fact that the hotel is unattended after n midnight is very disappointing especially if you are checking out after midnight.The front door is locked and you have to enter through the back door which has access to the lift and stairs only

I loved everything! The room was very quiet, I have not heard any noises from other rooms or the street. I spent there three nights and slept like a baby. The heating is great, the underfloor heating in the bathroom is amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The breakfast is phenomenal! Probably the best breakfast I've ever had. Location is perfect, the staff is friendly. You can tell that they run this place from all their hearts.

I liked everything.

This hotel was excellent and the room was very spacious. The neighborhood it is in was pretty quiet overall so we didn't have trouble sleeping. The location was nice, close to a lot of restaurants and cafes and close to stations as well. Would definitely come back here if we are in Berlin again.

Early check-in I think is impossible to get.

This hotel is superb! The location is terrific with numerous great bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very accommodating (we paid 25 Euros for a later check out which was very convenient). The hotel's décor is great. The rooms are a superb size and so, so comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful. This hotel is a real gem and a wonderful place to stay - particularly if you're first time visitors to Berlin.

The location was good.

The heating wasn't strong enough, and it was cold in the room. The staff did what they could, but it wasn't enough.

I liked everything about the hotel. Clean, comfortable and great location. Although I had paid for breakfast I was not able to try it for reasons pertaining to my schedule but it looked great.

I informed I would arrive early and unfortunately no arrangement was made to accommodate me. Other than that, everything was great

It was a bit too hot in the room at night

This hotel was fantastic. It was better than the pictures. I love it and I would definitely return. They have just redecorated it. The breakfast was marvellous and presented with a lot of love. The breakfast choice was healthy and wonderful. Staff were very friendly and every thing exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay very special.

There was absolutely nothing.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are so nice and check in/out so quick. The room itself was a highlight - so well decorated and cosy at the same time. Home from home.

Everything was of high quality - bedding, coffee machine, etc. The decor was modern and pleasent. The berakfast was exceptional.

The location was good for restaurants and shops but a little far from public transportation.

The room was well designed. The bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a cute boutique hotel. I did not have a chance to use the gym nor did I eat breakfast there so I cannot provide my thoughts on those amenities.

The design, calmness and quality.

For the premium price of the hotel it would have been nice for breakfast to be included. Otherwise everything was excellent and would stay again.

Really accommodating staff at reception. I arrived earlier than planned and they helped with that.Lovely feel to the hotel and room. Comfortable, quiet and peaceful, nice personal touches. Even though on business-felt like a break.

'constructive' comments:At breakfast- amazing cold spread with really tasty varying options- was unsure if there were hot options that could be made in the kitchen, wasn't very clear-but in fairness my failure in not clarifying.Value for money- More on the expensive side, but maybe that's the going rates in general for Capital in Europe.

Calm and cosy hotel with a really nice feeling. Well placed in an area with lots of restaurants and closeness to public transportation. Perfect for a family with teenagers touristing in Berlin.

The breakfast was ambitious but fresher and less pricy options could be found at the cafés close by. Few parking spaces and came with a cost.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. We received a warm welcome including a personalised welcome note in the room on arrival. The room was immaculately clean and featured everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities and soft furnishings were of high quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was close to many fantastic shops. restaurants, bars and cafes as well as public transport. Would stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and always responsive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower and bed are both great. The location is also relatively convenient if you take public transportation!

Everything was good! It is more costly but reasonable value, especially as it is more cozy than a larger hotel.
