Cosmo Hotel Berlin Mitte

The hotel's staff are incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself is both stylish and comfortable. It is conveniently located next to a metro stop, and the staff are able to call a taxi at the click of a button.

The room was comfortable, but it was missing some of the amenities I would have expected of a hotel of this calibre. They do not have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, and I would have preferred a room with a bath tub.

Very nice hotel with convenient metro access. We had a room in the back overlooking a city park, very quiet. It is 15-20 minutes walk to many restaurants, museums and shopping areas. We were last in Berlin 29 years ago. Interesting to see the change.

Clean and friendly staff

Getting on the WIFI was a little confusing as it looked like it was going to charge extra until I spoke to a staff member a few days into my stay I realised it was included.

the bed was wonderful, very convenient location, modern room and warm lighting. the hair dryer was great and the towels were fluffy and fragrant.

small and too soft pillows, the wifi is paid if you want to use in the room. we note that the towels were not changed on one of the days. The staff were all very arrogant, except for a Portuguese who met us once.

Room was very nice and clean. Location was great.

Some of the staff isn't very friendly. The male on nights always seemed super annoyed when you asked a question.

Great location in the city, sauna and gym to use in the hotel.For this type of hotel, I had a bit higher expectations when it comes to quality of facilities.

Breakfast was ok but could be better

The hotel’s location is close to the city center and nearby attractions. It is approximately 1.3 km away and takes at most about 20 minutes with a brisk walk. The location is reasonable for visiting historical sites. There are also markets in the surrounding area. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel.The interior of the hotel is nicely designed. Breakfast is sufficient and tasty. Check-in and check-out are easy.The staff are friendly and helpful. They are attentive and supportive in every matter.

Now for the negative comments.On the first night, the room was very cold. The next morning, I explained the situation at the reception, and they kindly changed our room due to a problem with the original one. However, in the new room, the temperature still did not exceed an average of 22.3°C. Since I was traveling with a child and the outside temperature dropped to -14°C, I would have expected the room temperature to be around 25°C.Additionally, in both rooms, water accumulated significantly in the sinks. It seemed like there were drainage issues.The internet connection varies depending on the room. There was no signal in the first room we stayed in, but it worked fine in the second room.It would have been much better if the TV had access to platforms such as Netflix or YouTube.

Great location, the staff were great and friendly. The room was very nice and big. The breakfast was great as well.

Not having tea/coffee making facilities.

The staff on reception were possibly the most helpful I have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave great recommendations, were friendly and made us feel so welcome. The waiters and bar stuff were also very good and the breakfast was plentiful and a good standard. Would defo return to this hotel as have no complaints only praise.

The location was perfect, the metro is literally across the road. Lovely Italian just down the road (massive portions) and a great Asian called Good Times. The hotel room was lovely and spacious with an excellent shower.
