Staff, location & cost.

Great location, close to transport, a selection of restaurants and grocery store.

Renovations were being carried out during our stay, not sure if this was the reason there wasn’t many amenities available eg, no guest kitchen or laundry facilities. Also, we were staying in a 6 person room, which included a double bed in a loft which was accessible via a very steep and narrow staircase with no handrail which was a bit dangerous.

Not properly cleaning of the rooms

The room was clean and it was very spacious. The hotel is located right in front of an s-bahn station so transportation around Berlin is very easy. There was free bread offered every day and the staff were attentive.

We were not warned that the water supply was cut off on the day of check out, so it was very inconvinient when in the morning we tried to get ready to go out and there was no water. I found it excessive and disrispectful, as nobody mentioned this was going to happen at any point during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently close to public transport, and many cool attractions are within walking distance. The staff are welcoming, there is a delicious breakfast, and the rooms are clean.

No A/C, mini-fridge, or electric kettle in the room. WiFi wasn't always stable.

Very close to subway, you can walk around, few pubs and restaurants around, the place was pretty warm, and we liked it because outside was freezing!

The check in was pro, room was good, clean.

Power outlets next to the bed would be better. the locker size was not enough for a cabin size luggage.

The location was absolutely perfect.

It was just after Christmas so it was very cold and we had no heating in our room. They gave us an extra blanket each. Ask asked to be compensated and we only received 10% back from our accomodation. I didn’t feel this was adequate considering how cold it was.

best hostel in berlin.convinient traffic, there's a tram station infront of the hostel.staff are nice, the price is very decent.comfy room you can stay whole day.

Wonderful hotel. Central location. Helpful staff. Great undercover parking (reserve ahead of your stay). Clean and neat.

Everything was good.

Super conveniently located - directly walk outside to public transport (bus/train/tram) or a 20min walk to museum island. Delicious Vietnamese restaurant next door. Beds were comfortable and private rooms were clean and very spacious for one person. Appreciated the lift to carry up luggage. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming at all times - thank you!

It was so so loud. I stayed on a private room floor but every night around midnight there would be people running up and down the internal stairs yelling and laughing - the walls were really thin so it sounded like they were in the same room. My neighbour would come back at midnight too with their entire family stomping around, shoving chairs and talking loudly. Mind you, this is everything I heard THROUGH EARPLUGS which have never failed to block out any noise for a restful sleep but somehow all these sounds could penetrate my room walls/door and earplugs. Also weird that there weren’t any bath towel hooks in the bathroom so I had to use the coat hooks by the front door - there were only hand towel racks in the bathroom. The bathrooms had very limited counter space so I had to use the windowsill and the shower was a wet room with a massive shower curtain that smelled like dried shrimp when it got wet. Couldn’t possibly stay here again even though the staff were wonderful and the location was fantastic.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay in a lovely central location.

There was a little noise from the comedy downstairs but it always subsided early enough

The room had a sour smell. It was very small a d there were gum.on the bottom of the top bunk bed which waa really unplesant.
