Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt

One of the largest and best appointed hotel on our 21 day trip through Europe and one of the least expensive.

Whirlpool not working, which appears to be an ongoing issue.

The location is excellent! It¿s easily accessible to several public transportation stations, near several museums, gorgeous river and excellent dining a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was great.

The jacuzzi was broken, and we specifically booked this hotel for that feature because we weren¿t getting a room with a bathtub. For some reason the carpet was stained all the way down the hall, giving a shabby feeling, and the breakfast is expensive.

Our room was very nice. Liked having the kitchenette so we could make small snacks/meals when we wanted. Very nice to have washer and dryer in our room. Close to all the sights and transportation.

Parking was expensive. We drove from Rothenberg/Munich so had a car. We kept the car since we had early departure to airport. Would have been nice to have lower rate.

The room size was great. Having the washing machine and tumble dryer was an added bonus. The two hour happy hour in the bar was also great and the cocktails were good. The bar staff were extremely friendly and very hard working.

The in-room amenities including the full kitchen are exceptional, and the location is perfect.

The lowest category rooms have no view and are smaller than I expected. Spring for a suite.

Quiet, spacious, clean non smoking room. Helpful and friendly front counter staff. Loved the decor and the bear outside.

No free internet in rooms

Friendly staff. Fantastic Location! Large rooms, with laundry, fridge, stove, appliances, and plates, glasses, corkscrew, etc.

The internet was annoying. the free service is 30mins at a time. Even the paid service was spotty at times. Also-no freezer, just a fridge, but otherwise, fabulous.

We enjoyed having a kitchen so we could make a quick breakfast and there was a bakery at the end of the block with fresh pastries. We were very convenient to transit, shopping and tons of restaurants. Staff were very helpful.

Shower stall with small wall makes it tough to keep water inside. We find thick comforters with no upper sheet to be too hot for a comfortable sleep.

Location was excellent.

The hot tub was not working which was disappointing.

Location in the city was perfect. Everything was walkable.

Cleaning every 3 days. I would request clean towels every 2 days.

Rooms were good sized, very clean, and a good location. Staff helped us with train tickets and provided extra towels when requested.

The booking said laundry faculties, and when we checked in they directed us to the ones off the lobby. Which could only be controlled from an app we had to download and which did not work. All this and we had laundry in the room, in a hidden closet in the bathroom, which the staff did not point out to us.The french press for coffee also broke the first day, and it took 3 requests to get a new one.

The location was gorgeous and convenient.

The location was great and the breakfast and staff at the breakfast were great. However for the cost the hotel was extremely dirty and had lots of damage. The sink was also broken as well as rips in the wall. The staff was rude when asked about the washing facilities.
