Great location for our purpose. The room was clean and comfortable. I will book again when I return.

Parking was a bit challenging as it cost €15 for street parking which was limited and hard to find.

This hotel room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Room was big. Breakfast was fantastic and a great price.

Could not access the balcony due to scaffolding in place.

Shower & shower curtain were not mated well to keep water off the floor.

When the elevator wasn’t working for nearly one day and we stayed at the 4th floor. We are 2 elderly people with not so good knees.

No A/C.. the room was very hot couldn’t sleep Breakfast was not as expected.Paid too much money for that roof uncomfortable room.

Needs an upgrade. Toilet tank keeps refilling with water so it was very noisy all night. Kitchenwares Are old. Did not use them because they looked dirty.

My room was very quiet and it had a balcony, which was pleasant to sit on at the end of the day.

Perhaps because I was staying for a week, the housekeeping staff was not very good about cleaning the room every day.

We stayed in the superior room which was really comfortable, lots of space and it has a big balcony and kitchenette. The location is really great if you have the welcome pass for unlimited travel (welcome pass website) because you can get anywhere in the city from the station around the corner and the trams. The area is quite trendy and feels a little like Camden in London, lots of restaurants and little clothes shops, it doesn't feel super touristy.

We would have had the breakfast if it was a bit cheaper because it looked good.

It was very cold on the room despite turning the radiator on and the big light was not working. The staff was very kind and helpful and the location was great.

Reception staff are incredibly friendly. For a single person for a single night, the room was definitely big. The tsar theme was actually nice.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything was fine, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the room smelled of cigarettes. It's strange considering the hotel is non-smoking.

Breakfast was good, plentiful and fresh. The location to transportation could not have been better. The staff was freindly.

The accommodations looked nothing like the photos. The environment was clean but was tired. The furnishing was basic and clean but dated. The shower almost needed a foot stool to enter. Our carpet was clean, but the subfloor was in need of repair. The courtyard was clean but the pass thru courtyard was not. It had not had a fall clean-up, and a dead squirrel was present the entire week stay. The red carpet to the hotel sub surface was in disrepair and the lightening of the courtyard could have been better.

Good location. Comfortable. Good value. Nice staff. We had an illness in the family and the staff was helpful and understanding. They were able to next days scheduled occupants to extend our stay at the last minute.

Just a bit dated. Hard thin towels.

Sewage smell in bathroom therefore had to keep bathroom door closed . Some hairs on furniture . Tiny room
