Clean neat rooms, good bathroom products Printer,computer usage at the lobby. And filtered water service was excellent!!!

When I saw 5* and Marriott name, my expectations were higher. Its not a luxury hotel. More like a hipster hotel. Subway is near,max 5minutes walk. But far from city center

The location is superb, just 10 mins walk from Gesundbrunnen station ( on the AirPort Express line ) and also a fast link by train into central Berlin . Surrounded by restaurants and shops it’s in an ideal spot . Room was ok, bed comfy, staff delightful. Good breakfast with gluten free bread and muffins.

Only one lift, which did stop working for a while, not great on the 4 th floor , housekeeping staff, banging on the door repeatedly on Sunday morning despite do not disturb sign. The downstairs area is trendy looking - like a cool loft or warehouse but quite uncomfortable and cold in the morning . No usb sockets anywhere , neither rooms nor downstairs . No room safe .

Good location for transport to airport. Rooms are nice and spacious

It is impossible to call the hotel before your stay, the phone either goes dead or rings out.

It is near a busy business centre. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. They cleaned the room everyday. I enjoyed my stay.

Great staff, in particular Gabriel. He was the only person on the desk with a queue of people waiting to check in. He was efficient, calm and treated everyone with warmth and kindness. A credit to your business.

Only one member of staff manning the front of house every time we went there. Had to wait a while on every occasion.

I liked that i was close to train station and it had a gym. The bathroom was incredible well designed for a small space.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The staff made it easy to check in a little earlier than expected. Breakfast had good variety including fresh fruit. The location was near one of the major train station so access to the city with the Berlin city pass was extremly easy.

It was sad that so many people outside the hotel left their trash on the ground giving the hotel and the area a bad feeling at first. But if you can get past that, it is safe and wonderful place to stay.

Great location to travel from and to the airport and anywhere in the city. Clean and stylish room with a great view and black out curtains, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful when needed, outside seating area was handy. Air-conditioning was a life-saver. Excellent for a local Berlin experience.

There was no wardrobe or drawers in the room, just a few floating shelves and off-the-wall hangers. Not best for privacy. Street noise and the entrance door to the corridor was annoying sometimes. Complimentary toiletries were too little considering the price. No kettle.

If you imagine it as a private room booked in a hostel you'll be very happy and feel you've lucked out! Sweet and helpful staff, nice sized rooms, price is quite ok for a double room in Berlin. Also being bang on Gesundbrunnen is great for access to lots of bits of town. Tiny little surface in the room usable as a desk if you have to do a call. Some lovely places for breakfast in the area, multiple falafel options, a couple of Spätis nearby. 24h reception. Drinks and snacks for sale in reception too.

No storage in the room for clothes (beyond a couple of hangers to hang from 3/4 pegs on the walls) is the major factor that means I wouldn't come back for more than eg one night's crashing before getting an early morning train (from the very very accessible Hbf). Feels basic for a hotel (but great if you think of it as a hostel with all private rooms!). Cleaners are scheduled for 8-9am every day which we often refused in sleepiness, then, reception struggled to find us fresh towels later in the day. Mattresses are thin and plasticated (hostel hostel) and towels are also thin and small (hostel hostel hostel). It's clean but feeling tired eg the shower and sink drained poorly. Something's up with the room doors - too easy to accidentally not lock, and came back to open doored room a couple times.
