Quiet, clean (mostly, except some parts of a towel), warm, cozy

The fact that they cuanged the towels only once.

Location, amenities, rooms, it was all nice and comfortable.

Clean, easy check-in/out system to follow, very comfortable location. Not too loud at night, although they provided two sets of earplugs. Very warm.

Check-in is very late by default with no option to leave bags inside

I read a review here before about someone from the staff knocking incessantly on the door until they opened just to the staff say it was check out time over an hour before 11am!! It happened the same with me. I was asleep, it was before 10am, and I hear someone knocking on the door. I asked them to wait a moment but they still couldn’t stop knocking. When I opened the door there were two men with cleaning supplies telling me that it was check out time. I proceeded to tell them that the check out was at 11am and one of them just looked at me disapprovingly. I had a pleasant stay but this really made me feel disrespected.

The rooms were great! Huge bathroom with good lighting, a tv, a makeup table, a kitchen with a proper fridge, a spacious closet.

The customer service and the lack of a receptionist was also really unfortunate. Having to carry your luggage a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator wasn’t great either…

Location. Close to places I needed to be, good transportation, mall, shops, cafes. Good „strong“ hairdryer, spacious bathroom.

It was very cold in my room, floor heating did not help (January). I also had an issue with scam trying to use my card for payments next day I checked in the hotel, so I had to block my card. I did not pay attention to that first and connect to the hotel. But the same happened to my friend, who also stayed at the hotel at the same time with me, but in different room.

Very clean, great location and nice riverview I had! Rooms had curtains, coffee kapsula machine: and this is very lovely! Sad that only 2 capsules but great anyway :-) A lot of lights so I could adjust mood how I wanted, comfortable bed. Shower had rituals soap, shampoo and showergel and good hairdryer! Basically all you need. Good and modern design. All info about check-in was provided on time and very clear. Door opening happens with my phone so no need to worry about keys.

Floor was warm which is good, but in general air in room was really cold. Temperature should be higher. Shower is made in Scandinavian way which is also perfect. The only thing missing is skrapa to move the water after showering towards hole. Please but skrapa from ikea to each room (costs 1 EUR), and then problem of wet floor will disappear.

Good location to the Uber arena

The check in instructions weren’t clear and accommodation was smaller than expected

Excellent value for money, perfect location. A little bit cold in the room at the beginning. When switching on the heating is OK.

• location is perfect - train stations, Uber Arena, good restaurants nearby• clean apartment• equipped - enough for a quick stay• easy check-in and check-out• apartment was new with an innovative design (you could hide/fold everything and have a lot of free space)

• this ‘innovative’ design turned out it was not really my thing, but it was a good experience to test it on my own ;) I wouldn’t say it’s any kind of a disadvantage, rather personal preference

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Location is very good

They ask us to check in using their own system, which was hacked and now all my information is leaked and I keep getting phishing messages (whatsapp, phonecalls, emails).The code we received to enter the hotel was not correct, and we had to wait for 40 minutes until the phone was picked up by an employee. There is no staff working at the hotel, everything is self service

Under major construction still. Elevator seems dangerous. There are no shades on the windows. I woke up to some guy putting scaffolding around the building staring into my room. Major construction noise all day.

One of the worst experiences...

There were no curtains, so the night was very short. We sent a message to the property to complain but no one answered. Would not recommend at all. Clean but soulless.

This is a perfect place to stay when you go to an Uber Arena concert and want to enjoy some sightseeing. The room was quite big with a huge bathroom. The bed was very comfy. The staff was nice and responsive.

The only issue was the lack of option to check in at the hotel. The hotel suffered some hacker-related issue after I booked my stay and I really wanted to check in in person due to this, but there was no option like that. The staff working on thephone however was very helpful and we managed to arrange the online check in in the safest way possible.

Good location in front of a Wall, good furniture, beautiful design, comfortable beds.

There were no heating in our room, in the corridor was warmer but not in our room, it was awfully cold. Thanks to administration they give us a portable electric heater but we didn't want to leave it working for all the night and it was so cold in the morning in our room like on the street. And also there's a problem with a water in the bath, if you take a shower the water would be on the whole bath, and without heating in the room it was stayed all night and the water stayed even after we cleaned it with a mop, but it was so cold and you can go to the toilet only in boots.

This hotel is going to be wonderful when it is finished. Even at this stage, rooms are clean, comfortable, newly renovated, and have a good location, and easy access while you explore Berlin. Staff are also easily accessible through messaging

Remember that your good rates might mean your room doesn't have drapes yet, the appliances (fridge) might not work, and construction crews are perenially present!

Nice, clean, and well-equiped hotel room.

Hotel room did not have curtains, so sleep was poor. A fair bit of noise from the distribution centre behind the hotel. Absolutely no staff available and questions online are answered by "AI".
