Clean, staff was courteous & friendly, close to restaurants/ stores/ attractions , & close to train.

Near bus and rail stations.

Door for wardrobe slides across ensuite which was a srange and unsafe arrangement as this could be closed by another person after you had entered the ensuite and as it was glass you may not see it! Room was next to railway track so window stayed shut.

Fantastic - I will book again in a heart beat. Great location, extremely helpful staff, fantastic breakfast & lounge, sold the tour tickets right at the front desk too!

Great location. Very good value for money. I liked the rooms. Nice breakfast. Good facilities.

The two ladies receptionists are a bit distanced and not trying their best to help, they male receptionists are cool though. A bit more vegetables in breakfast (tomatoes for example) can make it better.

The breakfast was good. The restocking of breakfast items during busy hours was sporadic, but overall ok.

The room was too small for three people. But it wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Breakfast and location were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities, design, functionality and cleanliness were also good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall a solid experience.

My room was located on the side of the building next to S-bahn tracks so especially during the weekend I found it difficult to sleep as the trains were constantly clanging. It was also cold at night and day even with AC turned off. The room was lacking a mini fridge and a bidet, which I would have wanted but I survived without those. I was expecting there to be a mini fridge but maybe it's not standard in Germany. The nearest supermarket was an ok distance away but could have been closer.

I stayed at the By Hilton hotel in Berlin for two days — and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. My room was quiet and cozy, which made it perfect for resting at night after a long day in the city.I would especially like to mention the receptionist — she was very kind, friendly, and professional, and made me feel welcome from the first moment.The staff were always helpful, and the location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin. I would be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choicesIt can get very busy at peak times, for instance 8.30am to 9.30am, but we were always able to find a table.We have stayed here a few times and will be happy to stay again next time we visit Berlin.Very close to transport to, such a train sand buses

Warm, cozy, really clean, had everything we needed, very well equipped, friendly staff, easy checkin checkout, helpful front desk, excellent breakfast, nice area.

The rooms were a little small, but still convenient.

The room, the plug points, the water pressure, the coffee were all excellent. The location is good too.

Breakfast didn’t have enough fresh fruits and vegetables. There weren’t any fresh vegan spreads. Glutenfree bread rolls could have a bit more variety.

The staff. Multilingual and professional.

Ever so slightly expensive but still solid value for money.
