The hotel was a good location to the centre and transport links. Staff were amazing. Spoke fluent English. Rooms were amazing. Beds the most comfortable ever. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel, really comfortable, and with a great bar. Short taxi ride into the very centre, or a 30 minute walk if you prefer.

Rooms are spacious and have everything that you need. Breakfast is very good.

There are small things like glass walls in the bathroom and no door. Also the note that the steam might make the fire alarm go off.

Location allowed to used several subway stops and buses so it was easy to get around. A few nice cafes and places to eat in the area as well as a bio market in the same building (along with other chain supermarkets nearby). But special thanks goes to personnel who was very attentive and helpful. Such a nice stay! Definitely worth the money.

Staff was excellent, helpful and smiling all around. Room was comfortable and sufficiently large for one person, with a nice shower and good bed. Breakfast was nice, nothing extraordinary, but good quality. Location isn't the best if you have to travel around Berlin for site-seeing. They also have a nice rooftop which I enjoyed due to the sunny weather in Berlin.

Not a lot of faults all around, but I wouldn't say it was value for money. Everything provided was according to the price.

Great modern, clean, hotel. The breakfast was nice with a wide variety of options. The wifi worked well. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean and modern. The free tea bar in the lobby is a really nice touch.

There's no gym. The products in the shower smell horrible, the shower gel, lotions, etc.

They have a central shiller heating system. Weather was 2 degree outside. It was cold. They didn’t turned the heating on. I checked in at 10pm, tried to sleep, but was so cold inside the apartment that at 2am I realized that I wouldn’t be able to sleep. I went to reception and asked to relocate me to another hotel or to refund me the money that I paid, because it’s not acceptable to turn the heating off while it’s 2degree outside the building, the night receptionist refused to do so. Very bed sleep/experience. If for 190€ I can’t get a warm room, then this is not acceptable

We were woken in the night by someone outside trying to kick the front door open. Went on for some time…..

Hotel was fine but I didn't get an invoice. I was asking about that, like always, on the reception desk. But Mr Ralph told me, I have to speak with Booking. So I was "speaking" with Booking. No answer or: "ask the hotel". Finally, I didn't get a refund because I don't have an invoice. That is not fair. I recommend to pick another hotel.

7 minutes walk from the nearest train station. The room was clean and the room modern. Good shower pressure.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly. It was IMPOSSIBLE to fall back asleep in the morning due to the noise from the housekeeping staff moving the carts. The pillows were not so comfortable.

Great room with 24/7 reception. Very clean and well appointed room. Early check-in was possible and they were very accommodating. Breakfast looked good but seemed pricey at €20/person so we opted to eat at a cafe in the neighborhood. Just a heads-up though that the shower is completely open so if you're traveling with a friend or work colleague the lack of privacy could be problematic.

The person checking us in, however, was not very friendly and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him. The staff the rest of the time at reception were very friendly and helpful so might've just caught this person on a bad day.
