It's in prime location, near the U-bahn and S-bahn stations, lots of restaurants, and shopping. I loved my bed, it was very comfortable and the room was decorated nicely. Also the tv was good quality. Very friendly staff.

Location was good, and price fitted my budget. Bed was comfortable.

No mini fridge in the room to keep water or other small items you might buy for your trip. No desk in the room - which was tricky as I was doing work. Bed is huge and takes up all the room, but was very comfy.

Very comfortable room and a fantastic location. Staff was fine. Right by a Metro stop. Good wi-fi. I would definitely stay here again.

The bar could have been a little better. I think perhaps there was a rooftop bar that we didn't get to because the weather was terrible. That would have been nice.

Hotel location was excellent. Staff very friendly and responsive. In the room, the bed's mattress was very comfortable. Clean. Beautiful aesthetics, which unfortunately strongly take precedence over comfort in many ways (see my comments on the negatives).

Lobby chairs too big, very uncomfortable. Bed mattress surrounded by hard wooden frame, & bed is high, thus difficult to get in and out of bed painlessly. No desk or comfortable chair in room. Corridor doors very heavy, hard for disabled people to open.

The location neat Museum Island and a U-Bahn station.

Breakfast was not included and cost a staggering 18 euros.

Staff were great. Very helpful. Clean hotel. Room was perfect and really warm as outside was -4/-6!!

We had left booking the spa to the last minute and were not able to be treated as there was no availability. We should have perhaps booked in advance, which was entirely our own fault.

I can't say enough about how great the staff was. In addition to answering basic questions I had, they went above and beyond to help me get medical attention when I became sick. They checked on me and offered to help without my asking. They truly cared.

The staff is awesome. Hotel employees were always there to give great suggestions of nearby restaurants and clubs...young trendy vibe in a very convenient central location.

At first I was on the first level street side and it was a bit noisy but they were super sweet about moving me to a higher room on opposite side.

Truly a boutique hotel in the heart of Berlin Mitte. The staff genuinely interested in my well-being. They were helpful in many ways. They even found a parking garage for me two stations away.

The hotel parking was very tight and expensive, $25 per night.

This place is perfectly located in amongst so many great little art galleries and eateries, plus close to both the U and S bahn...you can't go wrong. We arrived early 9AM. They had a room available check into for 30euro more. We were tired and did that

Breakfast was expensive at 18euro a piece, but we popped around the corner and had a simple pastry and coffee for breakfast instead.

The views from the room were great - artwork on the walls was fun

no WiFi and was not accommodating on how or why it wasn't working over a 3 day period.
