Can really recommend if you want a simple clean room in a GREAT location next to ubahn, sbahn and tram. I will easy come here again when I’m in Berlin. You don’t need to bring towels and sheets if you book a room.

The beds were clean, I am pregnant, so I asked for more pillows and they gave me without any problems or extra costs. We were able to do the check in a bit earlier as well. The breakfast was paid extra 12€, but it was good for the price.

They could replace the carpet in the bedroom, using normal floor.

Did not stay for the first time here. The Hotel suits me very well as I am looking for an affordable no-frills room just to sleep. Bed is comfy, room is clean, Public transport options nearby.

The location is just perfect, as well as the pricing. 24/7 Reception is also a plus!

Though is perfect value for money and the location is superb, I think some features might be improved and renovated: pillows and above all toilets/showers organisation. The toilets and showers are separated and in two opposite sides of a corridor, with showers being in a cold room and not comfortable (shower jet and shower head which you cannot move). However, everything was always super clean, a bit “basic” yet definitely perfect value for money as said :)

Location and design of lobby are amazing

Height difference between bottom and top bunk is too small. No soap or shower gel/shampoo and you're getting extra charge for towels, bed sheets and also for hairdryer. At least you can get a deposit for hairdryer back.

Clean, decent, good location.

Uncomfortable shower settings. It stops every 15 seconds and no pressure adjustment available.

A single room: everything was clean, comfortable bed, private bathroom, towels, hairdryer, TV. The location was 10 minutes from Uber Arena, 5 minutes to train/underground station, many shops around. Nice breakfast (available for $12 per day). Very subtle noises from outside.

No heating in the staircase - when it’s winter you can feel the cold from outside. Also no electrical socket near the bedside table - I had to charge my phone by leaving it plugged to sockets on the opposite side of the room (sockets placed literally a few centimeters above the floor - who designed this?)

Very big room, very clean and comfortable, very nice staff

Loved the location opposite UBahn/SBahn/Tram, clean, very friendly staff, elevator, just above food spots that stay open until 4am, the huge windows, the vibe of the room and the fact that it was quiet, although it is a hostel. I am definitely returning.

The bed could be a bit comfier.

I really like all the people working there; they are chill, friendly and helpful.I also like the facilities in general, specially the lobby.Need to mention too that the bed sheets where very clean and specially the cover of the duvet was very smooth and pleasant to sleep with.Great place!

I liked it in terms of cleanliness. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's far from the city centre but easy to reach, with bus routes passing right in front, so we found it easily.

Its a bit far away from the center.

If you are staying in the dorm you gotta pay extra 2 euro for the towel and if you want to lock your locker the lock cost you an extra 5 euro. Also bring your own soap and shampoo

Great location. Walking distance to all different night life places, shopping center nearby as well as the east side mall.Also well connected.The room has done the job, my room was facing the back, so also quiet.Staff was really nice
