The kitchen! Though small is well equipped with dishwasher and hotel provide enough detergent so one don't have to buy. The small multi-f(x) microwave oven quadrupled up as toaster, Airfryer and oven as well. Very quiet but convinced location

Bad shower door design. The glass panel only covers half of the shower so water was splahed everywhere.

Under bed was not so clean Room wasnt big enough for 2 adults n 1 child so i sleep on the floor

Very clean, modern and well located for access to the Kuda'am. Excellent full kitchen and bathroom. Responsive staff.

Booked a double but got 2 small twin beds w/Murphy bed between them. Murphy took up whole living space. Once down, way too heavy to put back up. It wasn't made up, had to use bedding from twins. Terrible lumpy pillows. No English TV. Unpleasant.

1. room with desk and pull-out table, full kitchen, modern bathroom were good!2. location is in nice, safe part of Berlin, close to public transportation to get to other parts of Berlin 3. grocery store is only 1 block away from main entrance4. two great restaurants 1 block away - Piccola Taormina Italian -fabulous pizza, and Fam Pam Thai Restaurant!5. staff were so friendly and helpful6. I think I got a good rate from Booking.com for staying 8 nights.

1. Washing machine dial was confusing. The machine washed my clothes 3 times!! No washing machine in the world should be able to wash clothes for more than 30 min. My favorite pink dress is now all fussy from all the that washing! A wash cycle really only needs to be 15 min.!! The Adagio in Frankfurt had newer, simple machines, and they were free to the guests!!2. written directions in English for coffee pot and oven in my room would have been helpful 3. grate on ceiling of oven was not clean, but was difficult to see; maids should have a small brush on their carts to clean this3. electric towel warmer in bathroom did not work4. lobby temperature was very cold -NOT necessary!! I could not eat or sit in there.5. entrance & reception area was 1 block back from street - can you move this ???

Location and room

Every single staff are untrained and unprofessional. Check in desk was closed for 30 minutes and had to wait for the receptionist to come back from his dinner.. breakfast was one of the worst I had. Cold omelette. Check out procedure is slow.. how is it possible they are not aware of my cash deposit.

Outstanding staff - competent, professional and exceptionally friendly, going out of their way to accommodate guests. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and the kitchenette fully equipped with everything necessary to have breakfast and cold supper in the hotel. I also appreciate that my room faced a quiet inner courtyard and that I was able to open windows partially. Having a laundry mate in the hotel was also a big plus for a longer stay.

They make cleaning each 7 days, if you stay 6 days, nobody will change towels or clean your room. Be aware to see nightmare, Be ready to see night guest in the room 301 and 309. All stay light was on at night time and thats not a joke.

Beautifully designed room in a hotel with lovely public areas, all within easy walking distance of shops and public transport. This is the second time I've stayed here and I'd definitely recommend it!

The apatment was good, big and comfortable. Nice breakfast, freindly staff.

The lobby entertainment was nice.the had a tiny kitchenette in the room, which was practical.location was nice and quiet.

the bed was basically a sleeping sofa, and it had a horrible mattress. pillows were terrible as well.the room was not very clean when we took over, I found hair on the bed, and the shower gel was entirely empty, but ofcourse we could've asked the reception to fill it. Om Sunday morning before 8 AM, the whole buildings fire alarm was set off, and all the guests had to run to the street, but then later it was announced as a false trigger. Not necessarily their fault, but an unpleasant experience.

People are all nice and the address is so convenient for getting out to eat or shopping for drink and food. Also it is clean and and convenient to live for a little bit long period.

There is no floor drain on the bathroom floor(not the showering one).

Very comfortable, nice and cosy, situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Good connections with 2 subway stations. Nice stuff. I highly recommend.

I definitely liked the location. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. I also enjoyed the breakfast - which I paid extra for. Quality was very good as well as its variety of food.

The mattress needs replacement.Cleanliness: the carpet in the hallway was not clean.Kitchen: dishwasher was greasy, and so were the plates.In the fridge, there was a grape left by the previous guest. Was the fridge not cleaned before I came in?

The stay was very convenient and the neighborhood is very nice with lots of cafes in the surrounding streets and supermarkets are very close. The staff are nice too

The room seemed a little smaller than the size they wrote and it was a little far from the bahn station than what they wrote but in general the room is convenient

Good location, near center but still quiet because the building is some distance from the nearest street. Room temperature was good. Friendly staff.

Room had too much furniture and yet it was diffucult to arrange eating place for two. Wi-fi was a joke - snails proceed faster than the page loading bar. TV services are obsolete - no streaming, no screen mirror and only Deutsch language channels.. Dullest kitchen knives that I have ever seen.

Good enough price

Only 1 set of towels for almost a week + the heaters were disabled/broken, so towels were wet and dirty. Staff wasn't proactive. Laundry was broken and we lost several euros. Washers would randomly stop, and dryers didn't dry.
