B&B Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz

The location was great. Immediately next to Alexanderplatz and convenient for visiting Berlin city center.

Too close to the railway so there was a bit of noise. The room was smaller than expected and there was a weird smell. The air conditioning did not work so we could not cleanse the smell.

Great location. Nearby is a large shopping center and metro station, Alexanderplatz.

The location and staff was amazing also the room was clean.

I think there should be a mini fridge.

The hotel is very well located and I was really well taken care of at the front desk. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and even though it’s next to the train line, there’s no noise. It’s a perfect place to stay in Berlin

The location is excellent, near the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Alexanderplatz. It's very central and at the same time quiet. Fast and reliable WiFi. Decent lobby where you can spend some time. Affordable price, compared to the Berlin average.Good value for money.

It was clean, but there's room for improvement. We were there in the extreme cold period of Jan 2026 and the heating through a single air conditioning unit was marginally adequate (the unit was on for 3 days straight). It was an extraordinary and rare occasion though.The space in the 3-persons room (which is the same as the 4-persons room) is very tight. I'd say it's only suitable for a couple with small kids and not for 3 (let alone 4) adults.

I like the view of the TV tower from our bedroom, easy access to all transportation, friendly staff, near by the shopping centre and walking distance from tourist spots!

The property was comfortable and very clean. Although, the space of the room is not very large we enjoyed a lot.

I loved the location of the hotel,very close to public transport that leads you anywhere in the city, the staff were really nice and helpful as well.

I didnt like the fact that there is no room service as a fact, we would have loved if the towels would have been changed once, but other than that i have no complaints.

Location was excellent. Only a couple of minutes walk to city centre and train station Room was spacious and spotless.

Weird gutter smell in bathroom, sink & commode were bit high for me, no hot water kettle in room to make tea or coffee

G8 location, value and comfy bed.

The bathroom doors don't have a lock. The price is quite high for such a small room.
