Coffeemakers not working in room, and in lobby, no elevator, $200.00 deposit required to stay in hotel. I explained to front desk younger gentleman that our room coffeemaker wasn?t working and he didn?t seem to care. Nothing was done about it.

We had a car and were concerned of the safety of our car parked in the city. Therefore we found this hotel to be the best for our need. Free+safe parking, easy/fast travel to the city. Clean/comfortabel/reasonable price.

overall experience found the hotel very clean well put together lans cozy. even though they served breakfast in the am...it taste good for my short stay.

Would be nice to provide more options at the breakfast. Like eggs and sausages and/or bacon.I would also have liked to have a toilet brush. Not sure why that was not provided.

Very convenient location, close to highway. Very friendly staff, room was clean, we love the breakfast and especially the coffee machine!

I say they should spend some money for cleaning the parking g lot. It was little slippery

I thought someone would help me bring my luggage in but just did it myslef I thought they would've accommodated my stay a bit more I wanted to upgrade but wasn't allowed and wanted to change the last day and wasn't allowed.

You need to get some king beds. We people from the US like king beds they are more roomy

Liked everything. If I were to make 1 suggestion, I would suggest automatic door opener in front lobby for ease of bringing your luggage into the building.

The hotel was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly, and our room was very spacious.

The only downside was the breakfast, as there was no hot food and the selection was quite limited (mostly boiled eggs).

Staff are friendly and professional. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic, safe area, close to the bridge for Montreal and also close to some very good restaurants in Old Longueuil. Very good continental breakfast, with excellent coffee and bagels. Plus, parking was included.

Clean and modern hotel . Good little breakfast included with the price of the room. Great staff. It’s my new place to go. The hotel is really close to the bridges to get on the Montreal island.

The mattress was too soft for me but this is personal.

very good breakfast, in particular the bakery, very fresh and tasty. Coffee is very good as well. Our room is fantastic with the great city view and large space. location is super either by driving or short walk to metro station.
