Our room door opens up to show the bed seen from outside the door.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

I didn't like the fact that we had to go outside to walk across to our hotel in the pouring rain.

Buffet breakfast

Room was in the back of the hotel and didn?t feel safe. Felt like a motel and not a hotel. No parking or very little parking. At a cheer competition with a young woman and heard complaints RCMP were called. It may be rumour. Breakfast was the best thing.

Overcharged felt like front desk did nothing or cared when an app double booked me still charged and kept being put on hold was told to get in contact with the app even though app told me to contact the hotel it was booked at !

Front desk during the day are pretty rude they hang the phone up or put u on hold for an hour . Didn?t take my credit card over phone causing me to take cab and then when I said yesterday to have room booked for 2 weeks they tell me ok now I have no room

The room was beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, couldn't be happier.

The hot tub was dirty around the edges.

Amazing free breakfast. Good dining room. Staff friendly and helpful. A nice touch was a big potted plant where I had to turn to go to my room. This was pointed out to me by checking person so it is intentional. Comfy bedding. Good location

Room smelled a bit musty. No view. Air conditioner was behind heavy curtain. No notepaper or pens which would be a nice touch.

Lots of construction going on inside of the building. Busy front desk with only one person working who was always on the phone (not her fault). I was originally given a room outside in the 'annex' (AKA Motel), had to haggle a bit to get inside room.

Hotel and staff are great! Pool and hot tub are fantastic and working as advertised. The hot tub is nice because it is actually hot..and not just warm like many places.

Breakfast was cold. Would have been good if bacon, hash browns,(toast so cold butter wouldn't melt) were all warm at best. Eggs were cooked to order so they were only thing hot and good.

Was in the back detached section. Being alone would be nervous walking back there from the main area.

DATED!! However after going to front desk we were able change rooms and clerk was accommodating. original reservation had us in an annex to main hotel¿.would not recommend. Always request main building when making a reservation.

It had a hot breakfast

Charged extra for everything. 2 grandchildren visiting charged 10 each to swim even though the paying guests weren't using the pool. Everything was outdated. Would never go back.

The only thing that upset me was the fact you need to have a credit card in which we do not have credit cards cause why have them we pay a $250 deposit and always get it back

The bathroom had water damage with 4 sq ft black mold. Air conditioner was duct taped together. The door to outside had major gap letting cold air in. Night manager said should have been closed for repair but no offer to change room.

Very friendly staff, pool was nice and warm, lots of parking

The only thing I didn¿t like was our room was in a section where u had to walk outside to get to the main building to go to the pool. Other than that everything was great!
