Inn on Prince Hotel & Conference Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I was asking for two rooms for three of us, the hotel has given us inter joining rooms with two doors inside the rooms to connect, it was more than what we have expected, very convenient for us. A lady staff who served morning breakfast was awesome too.

Free buffet breakfast.

Hotel outdated and very dirty. Hotel use to be a Holiday Express but has now changed owners/brands. Hotel paint and floors are old and scuzzy, room had broken items like and a/c unit, lamp shades dirty, coffee table beat, only 2 towels and one roll TP.

High-quality baby crib. Exceptionally nice stuff. Good breakfast (fruit salad, sausages, eggs, perfectly cooked (not overcooked) potatoes, yogurt, etc.).

The staff was fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the menu on the restaurant had lots of great options. Food was really good.

The pool area seemed to be ignored. There were rarely enough towels for swimmers so we had to run up to the front desk to ask for more several times. Pool was not heated. Room was clean but dated.

Everything horrible staff car got hit overnight tub didn’t work tub was leaking gym was horrible pool was ice cold horrible never again

Pool was closed down and no one was working in it. Breakfast was dry and not fresh. Tv was very confusing to use

A scent ? Some cleaner ? Perhaps in the rug in my room

Breakfast was extremely bad. Nothing to eat except toast and cream cheese. They had disgusting smelly eags, pork in the potatoes and pork bacon. So if you don't eat pork, or vegetarians, then there is nothing for you to eat

The bathrooms, by the restaurant , the toliet was so close to the cubicle door your feet hang out.

This hotel had abit of a boutique feel to it. It didn't seem to be designed like all the rest. The area where breakfast was served felt like a restaurant. Staff were friendly. Renovations are underway to update the tired/worn aspects of hotel.

Despite the nice ambiance/decor of the breakfast space, the options were too limited. Need to expand the quality and quantity of breakfast. Also, need more signage and existing signage needs to be more visible to navigate the hotels unique floorplan.

- room was very clean and tidy, with extra blankets at the ready.. - breakfast was very nice Selection was great. . Staff were friendly, lots of tables.

I would have liked to have been able to request a late departure the evening before instead of having to wait until breakfast time .

Cleanliness, breakfast, amenities

The staff at this hotel are all pleasant and happy.

If you are tall or have a tall husband be weary of the low ceilings in the bathroom/sink area if you stay on the first floor. Also our room smelled like someone smoked in it for the past month, for a non smoking hotel this is not good.

cleanliness - the building (entrance, hallways, exits) were extremely clean & the breakfast was great - great selection of food - and liked the cafeteria service - your employees serviced not many people using a utensil.............very much appreciated

split bathrooms - toilet/shower on one side, sink on the other side made the toilet a confined space

Rooms were clean and beds had wonderful quality sheets, comfortable pillows and mattresses. Breakfast offered to guests as part of our stay was the best I¿ve ever experienced. Fantastic selection including hot items and fruits.

The carpet in the room was badly stained.

The location is excellent and the staff are great.

Hotel needs a refresh.
