Pros +
- The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The bathroom was bright & had a nice mirror.
- Continuous noise during the day from the renovation in the hotel. We've never been advised before our arrival. It was infernal!
- The front desk manager was absolutely terrific. Friendly and accommodated all out needs.
Cons -
- The room was dirty. I found potato chips from previous guests, hair everywhere, the fridge was dirty. It was obvious the carpet was not vacuumed from the previous guest. The heating unit was full of dust, so it would be very bad for someone with allergies
- Renovations made entrance and elevator use awkward and was noisy.
- The bathroom needs to be cleaned everyday
