- There was an electrical issue with the lighting automation in our room causing all of the lights to turn on at full brightness FOUR TIMES IN THE NIGHT ABRUPTLY AWAKENING US.
- Hotel is pretentious and fake luxury. Rooms are tiny and staff is incompetent
- no information easily accessible in the rooms for hotel amenities,tv channels provided didn't have a guid/information unavailable,many sports channels but no hgtv/food offered. Had to evacuate due to alarm, limited info available in the room on procedures
