Pros +
- Great stay for the price, especially the close walking distance to downtown and the harbour. The basement laundry with four complimentary load tokens is a nice bonus.
- I loved the privacy while at the same time sharing space with very friendly and respectful people. The Novel Stay offered exactly what I wanted; a small place with easy access to everything for someone not driving.
- Great location, room is basis but nice, shared kitchen is functional and clean. No challenges in sharing the bathroom, which was nicely renovated.
Cons -
- Shared washrooms/showers, but that's very minor.
- "Did not like" is too strong a statement for anything at this place.
- Noise was problematic. Long term rental units upstairs & the tenants were noisy. Domestic dispute started at 4 am the 1st morning I was there, then the 4th day I moved out at 10 pm due to a loud party and music upstairs. The manager addressed the issues.

Location was very convenient Room was nice and confortable
Wish the room had mirrors
I liked how clean the bathrooms were.
It was to loud in the room I was in, and to hot. There was no AC.
Location made it central to most activities. Bathrooms were very clean.
No air conditioning in room. Limited amenities in room. No place to hang clothes. Bed not very comfortable. Floors old and creaky. Office not open during hours claimed.
Close to downtown. Tiny room but clean. Felt safe.
Easy check in and out. Clean and simple.
Nothing "best", just an average hotel
Location. Far from everything
