- Location, cleanliness, generally well maintained.
- This hotel has lots of character and is nestled in the middle of a city. Always stay at this hotel when I visit Corner Brook.
- Lovely lake and close proximity to town
Cons -
- I can speak only for the second floor where we were. The floor is not leveled and it is visibly tilted to one side. My wife has astigmatism and she got sea sick from it.
- Walked in the room and it was hot a/c was not on and when it was turned on. It was not blowing out it was straight down very uncomfortable
- A/C was just adequate.
