Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Staff were decent. Air conditioning worked well.

Needs some improvements….cleanliness was an issue, very outdated.

The room was cheap compared to other hotels.

The breakfast was bad. The heat did not work in our room. The hotel lost power for awhile at night. The staff needed reminders to stock the breakfast which was two kinds of cereal, toast, and apples. Shrines up to Hindu gods.

Comfortable and cleaner than most. Front desk very helpful.

I had no complaints. The only negative I could think of is that the sign on the road is a little hard to see with the trees.

Appearance was ok

Room was supposed to be for three. Two seniors and one 14 year old. one king bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed impossibly to sleep on, hard ridges under thin mattress, had to put mattress on floor to use.

Check in and check out was easy and staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was light but considering the time of the year where there are not a lot of guests, it was enough. Breakfast room was very clean.

Room was too warm when I arrived. Had to unplug the heater to get the room cool enough for sleeping.

It was right off the highway in a very quiet location. No road noise like other hotels that are located so close to an exit

It is very old and outdated. The breakfast isn't much to speak of, some coffee and some bread to toast. It was pet friendly which is nice , but there was a rather yappy dog across from us. Not the hotel's fault though.

Breakfast was average (cold), room was very noisy and a strong smell of old cigarette made us hold our breath, even though it was a non-smoking room.

They were unable to find our reservation at first, double charged us, and gave us a double bed instead of king bed hotel room.

Honestly, after reading the reviews I was a little worried. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Yes, the hotel is older but they have taken care of it and for the price I thought it was a great value. It is large dog friendly too.

The hotel is not very centrally located, but only 10 minutes drive.

The heating air conditioning was not working properly, the day we stayed it was cool and we would like to have had the ability to warm the room more than what the unit would allow. This was mentioned to the office. Comp breakfast very poor.

Dirty and needs updating. Suppose to be non smoking. Cigarettes found on the desk. Sheets were not good quality

Very disappointed with breakfast. Coffee cold and no hot food. boiled eggs in fridge, tried to warm two in microwave and they blew up. Had to go to Tim Hortons for coffee and breakfast. Staff person said not busy so less done by way of food.

The entire building smelled like musty old cigarette smoke. Even outside, in the parking lot it smelled very bad

The hotel room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was close to the highway and there easy on and off options.

Dining options were limited in the immediate area. Not close to the tourist area.
