- Nous n'avons pas pu dormir à l'hotel. La chambre était vraiment insalubre. Il y avait des taches sur le couvre lit. Le sol était sale. La toile d'arraignée par endroit. L'ordeur de la cigarette dans le couloir. Nous exigeons un remboursement total.
