No elevator, no baggage carts, very small room, 2 double beds too small for 4 people ! Double bed not big enough for 2 adult people to sleep comfortably !

I arrived at the Comfort Inn in Thetford Mines at 9pm. The outdoor temperatue was -25C (-13 F). The room was unheated. That that the room wass provided only with a unit on the outer wall (airconditonare/heater, that was off. There was no separate heating in the bathroom. I turned on to heat at the maximum level. There was a warm air movement coming out of the left part of the unit and unheated air in the remaining part of the outlet. After one hour, the room was still cold. I was working at the desk with my hat and parka on.I went down to the reception to complain and to ask for extra blanket, which I received.I was reasonably comfortable in bed. When I got up at 8 am, the room was still not comfortble, so I went back to reception and someone was sent up to check the room temperature. That person came back to confirm what I was complaning about and that the heating unit was not providing sufficient heat.I was not a happy camper. On the positive side, I was able to plug in my car to keep the engine warm.

Great breakfast, including the waffles that were the best I've ever had.

Shower was so strong that the tub couldn't keep up with draining leaving you to stand in a tub that was filling as you showered.

The room was not cleaned from the previous guest, The second room they gave me was not what I booked and I was told too bad that is all we have.

Comfortable room, with bar fridge and microwave. I also appreciated that a hot breakfast was included.

Room walls are not well insulated. Luckily, guests around me were quiet.

Staff when booking super nice and helpful. Made sure we had a room close to entrance and breakfast area as my Mother has mobility issues.Front desk staff very kind. I find the bed a bit too hard and too high. I'm short.

Breakfast was basic but very good, it included everything we need for a good start to the day. It's now possible to have it in the dining area, as opposed to pick-up and go due to lockdown. That is a nice change.
