Hotel and Suites Les Laurentides

Lovely comfortable and clean hotel; we loved it so much we booked a second night.

I liked that there was a full kitchen and how close it is close to all the stores and restaurants

It was not very clean, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom. I was told I could call to see if the room was available early and then when I called, they said that they never said that. The tv didnt work properly.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Super nice staff! Kitchenette in room. 2 queen beds as opposed to a hide a bed, as indicated on your site. Parking on site.

Hair dryer not working. They should check this before next client. A little run down.

Misrepresentation of amenities.Space was disappointingly small. Not enough cups or towels provided or replenished. ‘Continental breakfast’ was very disappointing. kitchen was not adequately equiped (no pots, no dishsoap, ratty oven mitt, rusty frypan

Staff is very friendly.

Smell of scented laundry detergent and air freshener was a bit overpowering, perhaps to mask the smell of old smoke in the rooms as this is an older motel that has been renovated. Still, I think its better to use unscented detergent at hotels as some people have scent sensitivities or allergies. Some sewage smell came up briefly from drain in front of stove but quickly dissipated.

The room was nice.

When we arrived a group of young boys were playing ball hockey outside our hotel door. First I noticed they were hitting cars with the ball and slamming their bodies into people’s cars. I moved my car right away. We checked in and learned we were right where the boys were playing. We went into the room and noticed how uncomfortably loud it was. The boys then started hitting the ball against our door. There was no way we could stay with this level of harassment from CHILDREN. Their parents were getting drunk in the hotel lobby. No way we were involving DRUNK parents. So we left. We will never come back after the staff refused to do anything about the noise and the refund.

Our two queen room was not available upon arrival, but we were upgraded to two separate rooms, which we appreciated.

The cleanliness of the room needs improvement. Both rooms did not feel properly cleaned.
