Hotel Le Must

Staff were very friendly rooms were clean and they had nice breakfast.

The room was clean and large. I liked it.

We arrived at 10 pm, and noone was there at the reception - had to call several times on the phone.

The male owner was pleasant on the phone when we arrived . We phoned him after arriving early to find the property unattended.

The woman he sent to check us in was very frustrated and angry with our poor command of French . When I showed her (on my phone) that we had prepaid ( thru’ booking.com) she shoved the key at us and left.

Waiting for Refund

I booked it through Booking.com but receptionist wanted me to book from expedia. There were too much price difference. Receptionist asked me to pay 256$ and I said no then he cancelled my booking. Until now, I didn’t receive my refund as well.

We areived no one there to receive us. They ask to call a number but no answer to the calls. I wait for a while until I see a maintenance guys working in a room. He contact the iwner and for the room. The morning ni ine there to talk to to get the breakfast. We let tke key in a box where there were other keys and we left. A very bad experience.

AC was working in the room.

No one there at check in, we asked for a roll-on bed (got the confirmation from the hotel that they'll be able to do it) but when we arrived, the guy told us they don't even have such beds. There were a card in the room with all of the room service and restaurant numbers, but no phone in the room. There was supposed to have a breakfast between 8 and 9, yet no breakfast in sight. There was a coffee machine near the reception, but if you didn't bring your own coffee, well tough luck.. oh, and no one there at check-out either. We just left the key in the room and left.

Better than sleep on the street

AC does not work. They advertise breakfast included and there was not breakfast. The carpet is gross. It looks bad inside-out. They charge more than expected.

Bed comfortable. Had direct door to outside with our bicycles.

No staff on premises. No wifi in our room as at end of hall. We were only people in whole hotel from arrival to leaving. No breakfast or coffee.

It is very close to portneuf parc

Wifi didn't work, I couldn't change the booking date

Quite and it was clean at least.

No one at the front desk to talk to when we arrived or left. Also, the toilet was not working, the shower was like a water fall, too much flow.

Breakfast was okay.

It smelled bad. The tv was flat screen, yes, but it was super tiny. It looks like a converted apartment building with a desk in a hallway corner for the “reception”.

The worst hotel I've been

The room had a bad smell like old sweat/ mold it's hard to say it exactly. The bed was harder then the floor, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I was my worst experience with an hotel.

Person at reception was very competent and kind

Place looks old and grungy. We almost turned around as we arrived thinking the place was closed down.Bed like cardboard and old carpets on floors.

The room is clean and spacious, the expense is cheap, and the staff is friendly.

Nice people and extremely clean

A bit outdated but the cleanliness makes u forget about it .

NOTHING the place was disgusting and I DID NOT STAY THERE,he would not refund my money!!!!!

Horrible location not even any restaurants,owner left an envelope with room key no actual person just a phone number to call...worst experience ever absolutely disgusting ?
