Close to the hospital

Room was dirty from floor to ceiling... I found a lot of hair (not mine...) everywhere on the ground. Dirt stains everywhere on the floor, walls and ceiling... Terrible!

Not as advertised very dissapointing

Was not like the photos ( phoyos are old and misleading ! I would never pay as much for that room ! If you look at the photo that i sent first one is the room now second one is was they advertised I would have never payed for that room knowing it look like that !

Very nice bathroom newly renovated very clean, room heats up very quickly. Nice location , next to a bar, next to restaurants and department store, free coffee before 11,

The best part of the hotel were the staff, especially Jocelyn and Nona. They were wonderful and made me feel very welcome! I like that the building had the feeling of an old Miami motel as in a thriller/drama movie from the 1970’s! But it was updated and clean which made it comfortable.

No coffee in room, hairs in bathtub, dangerous electric setup

Staff was amazing. Always attentive. Free tim hortons coffee in the morning. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, right beside a grocery store, tim hortons. Dollar store, Giant Tiger within walking distance.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The furniture is very old and damaged. Some surfaces were very dusty.

The room is nice and clean. The shower was prettt nice too.

It does have some kind of cigarrette smell but i didnt mind it too much. Its a good motel. Im giving it a low rating because of the price. I paid 170$ for 1 night 1 bed. Thats ridiculous. Its Joliette come on

Bathroom had been redone. Mattresses were firm and comfortable. Good water pressure for a shower. There was air conditioning.

towels were paper thin and about the same size as a hand towel. no towel rack. Hook for towel by the shower was gone and in its place were two screws. Air conditioning was noisy.

Large room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

Door only locked (like a bathroom door handle) and it was old. No security chaine. I did not feel safe. Noisy place with traffic until late at night.Our room floor was actually dirty but the rest was clean.
