Hotel employee was able to speak English! She was lovely to deal with!

Pancake machine only worked one day of our 4 day visit

The staff were nice.

The bathroom was very small, not even a little vanity to put toiletries, and the lighting was dim. While there is a big room with big jacuzzi and well lighted.My take on this is, why make a big room with jacuzzi that is probably not used every day, and the bathroom that’s used everyday is so small and dark.The shower is another problem. The part (handle) that turns the shower water was missing. We had to finagle the small metal screw to turn the water on/off.As we were leaving our room to check-out a maintenance guy was coming in to fix the shower handle!!!

It was clean.Good breakfast.

They gave me a room with one queen bed. I reserved 2queen beds.The tv didn’t work so I had to change again.So I only stayed one night.

The location and the included breakfast

The hotel room is dusty , hair on the bathroom floor. The toilet seat moves everytime you sit, the bathroom door is hard to close. The aircon is right above the window so everytime it blows air the curtains flying around- losing our privacy. The receptionists aren’t the nicest - not welcoming and even worse when we left the hotel when I was approaching the desk - three employees were chatting , the receptionist didn’t say bonjour when I gave the key - I was left hanging and I asked if is that all , said yes and back to chatting with her colleagues. No bonne journée.

Room was excellent.

Parking was poor. With only a single access point, it was a long walk with luggage.

The pool was too hot and the liner was loose, it was also this way when i went in 2023.... The AC was a little too weak for a south side room.

Easy access on main floor, when keys didn't work, receptionist came snd open the door.Beds were great, clean. Nice little continental breakfast, good coffee.

Had trouble with the keys, couldn't open the room ftom outside but receptionist fixed it.

looks like the room was not cleaned properly before arrival.found the garbage bins full with garbage from the previous client.one of the steps on the pool had a green spot, looks like algae was growing.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable

On arrival, I found out that they had switched my room from the ground floor to the 3rd floor at the end of a long hallway. We both walk with a cane. The room was very large, TV was far from the beds, there was very little soap, no extra towels, and the shower was on the far wall I a deep whirlpool bathtub that was difficult to get into. All this even though I had reserved and prepaid for my room. I was not happy with this arrangement but was told there was nothing else available.

Location was nice, the person at the front desk was nice and gave us some restaurant suggestions.

The bathroom door did not close easily, would make a crazy noise when opening and closing. There was mould in the bathroom.

swimming pool is the size of a large jacuzzi! coffee machine in the room did not work. too much furniture in the room so felt cramped.

It is located on the main street, very easy to get to it and the parking was very convenient

The bathroom was barely larger than a wardrobe, absolutely no space to put down anything while washing/shaving... Only one very small mirror available in the bathroom, none in the bedroom.
