Right on the water, small motel, quiet

Close to water and check in was easy

the place was clean and the view lovely...but there was no cleaning done while we were there.......so no clean towels.etc..

Riverside, outdoor grill. Reasonably quiet. Good bed

Bathroom was awkward with uneven floor

Wonderful view of Gulf of St. Lawrence from the back three rooms. There was a lawn with tables; the view was excellent.

Our room, facing the highway, was incredibly noisy. The room was VERY hot and there seemed to be no AC. The thermostat did not not respond when we wished to cool the room; it got hotter. The room temp was 25 degrees . We found it frustrating to gain access to the room via the remote PIN system and had to call to get someone to open the key box for us. We helped other confused guests gain access to their rooms.

It was the worst experience ever.

We didn't stay because when we showed up someone else was in our room. We ended up not staying anywhere and with it being a holiday we drove for 18 hours to our home because there was nothing available to stay in. The owner blamed an employee and offered me 30% off my next stay before October which can't happen because our holidays won't be until next July. Ruined our whole holiday as this was part way through a 3 week vacation we were on.

We didn’t stay there. I reached out through the app AND via email to ask for a cot to be placed in the room, and also for details on how to access the room. I received a reply asking for my reservation number which I immediately provided. I got no response. We arrived at the property and nobody was there, and nobody answered the phone, and nobody answered my email stating we had arrived and again how we can access the room. I was unable to cancel the reservation on the app. I ended up booking a room at another property. $150 wasted.

Convenient location, cleanliness, impeccable facilities.

The room is a tad small.

Perfect seaside location, plenty of place to park and super comfy bed.

The WiFi didn't work, from the night we arrived to the morning when we left, I think it might have had to do with the weather, so bear that in mind if internet is a must for your stay.The floor of the room was a bit sandy when we arrived and when I went to get my shoes I got a glimpse under the bed and saw a thick layer of sand and dust there. The trash hadn't been completely emptied either. The rest of the room was pretty clean though.
