It was a reasonable lower budget hotel.
I was not aware that there was no elevator. I have a foot injury and they could not accommodate me on the main floor. The breakfast room was extremely cramped and difficult to get around.

No elevator to second floor - had to carry all luggage upstairs, and down again at end of stay.
Waffel station was a hit with our kid for breakfast.
The pull out couch was not made up and we clearly stated that our Child would be staying with us.
The rooms were big
This was a big problem, we checked in and I went for a shower, the shampoo conditioner and lotion was all empty. I was unable to take a proper shower. My husband went to ask for shampoo and stuff and he said he needed to come in to do it. Which ment I had to leave the shower, so he could refill. He was nice but this was not acceptable. If I am paying such a high price I should get everything to the prim. Heavily disappointed in this stay and hotel.
