The reception staf have been wonderfool considering that it was a very busy week (all room booked)and they did not have my reservetion ????? She gave us a room and after the 2 nights they were not able to anderstand why i had paid ---$ and no trace of my

fixture in room is dated, no kettle just a nespresso-style machine, poor ventilation in bathroom, AC unit is very old.
Finally, we lost a few hours and at the end a general manager of the gouverneur told the director that they found the mistake. Strange experience with a good end !

Location is not bad

I took a 15 mins shower, the fire alarm rings.really weird experience.

Nice and clean. Centrally located. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Rooms have to many mirrors, need to upgrade. No fridge in the room. Need ice machine on each floor.
