Location and restaurant

Out of 5 meals at the hotel, only one did not meet our expectations.

Excellent Hotel, Restaurant and Staff, Fabulous location on the ocean with views of the Rock. Thanks so much Riotel Percé.

Was dissapointed with the view of the neighbours balcony when we looked outside. The the view I was expecting from my room

The guy at reception was a bit to arrogant. The young girl the next day was really welcoming.

By the Ocean & U can see Perce Rock.

The room was like sleeping in a box, wayyy to small, no microwave or toaster, or no room for either! Groubd floor when we were supposed to have a room with a balcony. Charged wayyy too much for what it was then even more, than quoted for a cot.

The location was amazing. Staff were friendly.

We arrived at location for supper, restaurant was closed to the clients because they had a wedding. Booking never advised us of this situation. No restaurant opened or they were full. Found a little grocery store and purchased snacks. Breakfast was full also, could not have a table?went to another restaurant.

Well equipped, comfortable, large room with a wonderful ocean view of the Perce Rock. Down the road, The Park Service Discovery Center held a large and interesting historical display of artifacts and information on the cod fishing industry in Percé.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the water with a fantastic view of Pierce and Bonaventure island.

Super well cared for. Renovated recently. Clean and comfortable

Room and view were great! Mattress were very comfortable, we picked the superior 2 Queen room, and was very spacious. Like that we had real glasses for wine and water.

Was a bit expensive for traveling in September and price did not include breakfast. Pillows were a bit too hard, more variety of comfort in pillows would be great.

Had to climb into tub for shower, no safety bars, restaurant expensive, bathroom very small with zero counter space.

The view of the rock from our room was perfect. Great way to celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary.

The location is excellent with a view of the Rock, a balcony overlooking the water, and a very comfy bed. We kept a window open and could listen to the waves at night. Good lighting.

The room is a bit dated and the towels are not very thick.

Room with Ocean view. Location exceptional. Comfortable. Easy access to beach and tourist attractions.

Although Parking is free; finding a spot is difficult and is usually very far from room.

Front desk staff said they called me to let me know room was ready. Did not receive a call.

Location. Able to walk around for dinner and shopping.

Our air conditioner unit kept shutting off.

We stayed at Riotel Percé as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 toddlers) for 3 nights (July 21-24, 2025). We booked the superior double queen. They gave us room 267 located at the Pavillon Percé, which is separated from the reception and/or main building. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Lastly, the view of the Roche Percé from our room was spectacular during sunrise and sunset.

Not enough parking space and only one restaurant at the main building.
