Easy checkin/checkout process, nice and friendly staff, quiet.

Restaurant that was reccomended by the hotel is terrible. Overpriced and just terrible.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and offers excellent amenities. We did not know about he dining room so had dined at the restaurant across the street prior to checking but we would have eaten at the hotel.

Clean, friendly, reliable

Everything and it was a great location, next to a great restaurant within walking distance and close to town. The staff was very friendly and there was a lady who spoke English. The receptionist who checked me in was so friendly and happy to see my checking in to the hotel. No doubt, I would stay there again. The pillows were very comfortable.

I can't think of anything. I was so pleased that I chose this motel. There is also a swimming pool that I didn't use. So busy with other matters.

Ok room, clean, basic, no frills. Building is dated, worn. But rooms are fine.

The air conditioner is weird. Maybe on a timer ? It was on when I went to bed but off when I got up in the morning and it was sweltering

Air conditioner was broken. Hotel is run down. There is no daily cleaning and the floor had dirt and gravel substance on it.

The hotel is located a short distance from the ferry and is close to various restaurants so the fact that the hotel's dining room was closed did not impact us too much. The grounds were clean and offered several outdoor sitting areas to take in the views.

There were not enough plugs in the rooms to accommodate electronic devices for 2; the "work desk" was small; given it is on the highway the rooms were noisy.

a standard room with very nice front desk stuff.almost the biggest motel in the town, we went to the restaurant opposite the street with 10% coupon that the front desk offered to us, be honest, the food could be better.

Great location from the ferry crossing. Nice room with a balcony looking at the saint Lawrence. The staff were very nice. I cannot speak alot of French, and they weren't completely comfortable with English, but with Google translate we got through and were laughing by the end.

Rooms were small and basic but clean and everything worked well. Very typical for this kind of Hotel.Good Value for price
