Clean, quiet, and accessible

Breakfast was disorganized and set up was sloppy

The breakfast arrangement was good, and the room is large.

The towel bar in the bathroom was broken, and fell off as soon as we used it for the first time. Though we reported it right away and was told by front desk that it will be fixed the next day, it was never fixed during our three days of stay.

Nice location and a decent breakfast

Male front desk employee seemed annoyed to have to brew a new pot of coffee in the lobby. Coffee was empty again in the morning.

Didn't give clean towels daily did make the bed or take the garbage

I ordered 2 beds room, she gave me only one bed(smalldouble bed) and told me no more two beds room. I asked to change to at least one king-size bed' room, She asked me to pay $20 more. really disgusting. It took me one hour to change. very uncomfortable.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. I have never written a bad review about a hotel before but this one has my blood boiling.

Very unprofessional staff that doesn't know how to deal with people. Horrible communication and very bad lack of people skills. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff was very poor at times.Hard to deal with & threatened to kick me out of hotel for nothing.Because I was mad they tried to come into my room when I was booked for another day and I expressed that to them and they got their little feelings hurt.

Safe location. Friendly staff. Good internet connection.

Hard bed. HVAC fires on and off. When on--it sounds like a locomotive at full speed. When off--dead silence in the room. Hard to sleep that way. Breakfast was weak.

Breakfast was nice! Eggs, waffles, cheese and the usual stuff!

The cost is high for what you get but not so bad.

We had no idea there was no elevator in the building. I am a heart patient and walking the stairs was very difficult.

Everything was alright, except that in your description it said 2 beds and there was only one. Though we did not need 2, but your description was false.

The free breakfast and wifi was great! Great breakfast choices too. Hotel was close by the mall and Place Bell. Staff were helpful and were able to speak english. Hotel was pretty quiet too. Comfortable bed.

One of the main issues I had was when I checked into my room I noticed that someone had thrown up beside the bed and it was all over the bedskirt and side table. Neither had been cleaned. It was pretty gross! Also charging for water is a little steep too!

Reasonable rate and variety of options at breakfast. Staff spoke French and English. The sheets and bathroom were clean and the air condition did a great job cooling. TV had English channels.

The property has been well used but not dumpy. It didn't have an elevator.
