Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval

I believe that the a/c filter may be old and caused issues. We would get sick and cough throughout the night and while we were in the room for longer than half an hour. Our room had the carpet all bunched up in multiple areas making it a hazard.

The staff was very courteous and professional.

We were not told at check-in that to have our room cleaned we must request it the day before and to put our garbage cans outside of the room for the daily pick up if needed.

The night receptionist was rude and unaccommodating. the bathroom had hair balls on the floor. The morning staff at the desk were not very sympathetic with our late night check in dilemma. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls.

It is in a sketchy area. The room was dirty (dusty, hair beside the bed). The breakfast was disgusting (there were actually rotten pieces of fruit). I have stayed at Hampton before and this did not meet the standard I would expect from them.

Free parking and the free breakfast. Always clean and nice staff. Nice size room and bathroom. Internet was free and fast.

I've been to many other Hampton Inns and this particular Hampton it seems to me that the bed is not as comfortable as others. It felt kind of soft and bumpy.

Clean and convenient to the event center we had plans for.
