Good location, pleasant staff (waiters in the restaurant, kayak keeper), good and really affordable food in the restaurant, quiet place, good bakery on the area

The room was really disappointing. We (family with 3 kids) got the room in basement, no light, no windows (except 2 really small gaps looking at the entrance to the building). There was no any mention that it could be a basement option during booking, if I knew that I would never have booked that hotel. When I asked on reception to change the room, I was said that no room was available, despite the almost empty parking. On top of that I asked additional bed for my 5 years son, 1st time via booking.com request, 2d time in survey that I received a day before arrival, and finally no bed in basement - i assumed because the room was alocated the very last moment, I asked that 3d time when I requested to change the room. Unfortunately, that fact negatively affected our holidays, 3 nights out of 6 we spent in that basement

they have a restaurant that serves breakfast and there was also a bakery onsite that sells freshly baked breads and pastriesthe location was perfect - quiet, close to the lake and nature. there was daily mass. it offers unique opportunities for spiritual growth

Peaceful with beautiful views. Comfortable beds, clean. Bakery with freshly baked bread is a bonus.

There were no shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

The area is beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Good for family gathering.

Room looks new, very clean, beautiful location with many attractions.

Quite small for 4 people or more, we have to open the door to get fresh air from the corridor because there is no air conditioner in the room. The shower doesn't work, we have to use the small paper cup instead.

Menu has good varieties for breakfast.Facilities there impressive: churches, picnic areas, camping areas, resting areas, free bicycles to rent, boating rentals, media show (scala converted into impressive theatre).

No fresh fruits. Seems only canned fruits. Not enough fruits in plates for breakfast.Very surprised: no blueberries served in blueberry area!Dinner: a bit disappointing.

No instruction provided for the air conditioning unit and staff were not knowledgeable as to their operations. Had to wait the following day to get technician to provide details. Detailed instructions should be provided in every room.

The rooms are small but clean. The bicycles are cool.

The walls are very thin: you hear the neighbours’ bathroom. The food in the restaurant is not healthy at all: you stay for one week, you become obese.

Location was beautiful! The rooms were basic but exceptionally clean and everything you needed including modern touches such as lamps with usb ports. The experience we had was absolutely wonderful!
