The location was very near to Quebec City airport and they accepted pets.
The hotel was in overall poor upkeep and there was an odd odour in the lobby and throughout. Room #129 was in poor shape; hair in the shower, leftover food in the mini fridge. I would never recommend or stay there again. Bad experience. I could go on.
Persons that checked us in was really accommodating and kind. He made out early check-in easy and the EV chargers on site were really helpful.
Decent breakfast, good cleaning staff kept room tidy and well-provisioned. Quiet area in the suburbs (not super convenient to downtown QC unless you drive, as we did, but suburban location is situated next to 24 hr gas station, Tim Hortons, and Walmart).
Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is decent.
