Well located in central Gaspé featuring renovated rooms.

The view from the room was to a parking lot. For the price we paid, I would have wanted waterview.

Service

Supper in the restaurant was good. Our meal and the service was good.

We booked a junior suite and only received a standard double queen. Even after arguing with the front desk staff we did not get moved and did not get a lower rate. Very disappointed.

Not much, we sleep one night, the next morning we went to an other hotel.

We asked for a handicap bathroom, first floor. My spouse has Meunière disease, she can't climb more than 4 steps; to get to our room we had 10 steps; no elevator in the hotel. The bathroom was not equipped for handicap. We still had to pay for the room...

The bar tender was excellent and really knew his stuff and the restaurant staff were kind and accommodating.

Every question I asked was met with misunderstanding and/or calm indifference. The stairs were open and therefore very difficult for my sister to ascend, when I mentioned this, there was no one willing to assist us with luggage and no other way to our room.

Location was good, staff were friendly.

The staff in the restaurant in the hotel were not good. The waitress was unfriendly and unhelpful. She spoke perfect English but did not offer to translate for us. When we asked specific questions about ingredients she was vague. It was a disappointing experience.

The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The restaurant was run in a terrible manner. The poor staff did not have the eight procedures to manage the patrons.Although we had booked we waited in line and were not seated for almost half an hour!

Clean. Parking.

Minimal design. No drawers or shelves for clothing. Hard bed. Heavy duvet. No breakfast before 8 on weekends. Very loud music in restaurant.

Nothing The only enjoyment we had was from Catherine at the restaurant the evening of our arrival

Everything!Water-view was specified and paid for, but instead, we got to look at the rooftop of a swimming pool We reserved this in April and got nothing in return, but disappointment traveling for hours all the from Montreal

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was good and had a nice view over the bay.

Room was extremely tired, not what I expected based on hotel rating. furniture was beaten up looking. Towels had hairs on them. Limited places to plug in electronics. Both front desk and restaurant seemed understaffed (long lines to check in and be seated at restaurant).

TÊTU Restaurant!!! HORRIBLE!!! Waited for 90 minutes for food that wasn’t even edible…. And very expensive at that we ate nothing! Staff was totally absent and indifferent to us!!!

I enjoyed the location where the hotel was located.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at the hotel because as visitors who doesn’t speak the language of the hotel staff, we felt very criticized and so we we’re extremely disappointed with our stay. My daughter also had an incident at this hotel which included the showers being extra slippery and a hazard towards her safety. The staff members did not or did not want to take responsibility for the incident and they did not further investigate or help us with the troubles.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and tidy.

Booking offered an upgrade (after selecting the room) for a room with a balcony and an ocean view for a higher price. We upgraded, looking forward to the promised ocean view. Found the balcony view to be completely obstructed by a new addition to the building. We ended up with a rooftop view instead of an ocean view. Totally disappointed in this result. We tried to change the room, but were not able to upon arrival.

It doesn’t have swimming pool.

Booking online was easy; we were traveling through, so a one-night stay was required, and ample parking was available; the room was clean and spacious, it had a fridge and a coffee machine; the bathroom is spacious with a sink, toilet, and a large shower stall; we had a gorgeous view of the bay from our room.

There was a huge crack in the sink in the bathroom; the restaurant in the hotel was good, only we should have made reservations; there aren't many other options in the neighborhood. Breakfast is not included, and the price for the room was already quite high ($320).

The restaurant was convenient having it on site. We had to eat supper at the bar but our young waiter/bartender there was excellent!

They made a bad experience by taking our cloths

My partner left his jacket and his shirt in the dresser that after checking out we noticed that and we called the hotel reception and they didn’t find it . It was 300 dollars jacket and we could n’t take it back

Location, cleanliness, wonderful staff.

Top notch, great design of the rooms.

Restaurant lost our ticket and the server didn’t realize until ninety minutes later! Only offered free coffee and tea, on a bill that was over $400!
