The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a great restaurant, food was excellent.

The bathroom was quite small and the water in shower fluctuated between hot and cool.The room was too warm and could not lower temperature. Thermostats stay’ed blocked at set temperature. Pillows were huge and hard.

The soundproofing is really not good enough. You can hear everything in the corridor, people in other rooms and (for the bedrooms with a view on the swimming pool) every splash and shout in the swimming pool. I guess I was really unlucky to have a group of kids staying at the same level, but the soundproofing is not good enough to even consider taking bookings for groups of kids!

Comfortable hotel, and enjoyed the pool.

Billing for each room separately which meant I ended up only paying for one room in advance rather than two. Also asked for 100 security deposit.

Such welcoming and helpful staff. The location was perfect for access to shops and Saguenay town. Lovely pool area. Plenty to explore in the area so this makes a perfect base. Hope we get to return again soon.

Nothing interesting to visit close by on foot, always needed to get into car.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It looked a bit dated. It was not an ideal location for the wildlife or parks.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. The swimming pool was nice for a quick relaxing break.

Superb

There is a restaurant in the hotel, but prices are so expensive. For example, breakfast at CAD 23 per person. The hotel attendant gave me CAD 5 discount per person; however, I was accompanied by 2 children, so I decided to have a breakfast outside for a convenient price.

Hotel situated at good location, u can find all the stores near by. Jacuzzi and Pool are clean and properly maintained

I really like the location of this hotel — everything was conveniently accessible. The facilities were great, with a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna adding to the relaxation. The room was comfortable, and the price was decent for what was offered.

The only thing missing, especially at this price point, was breakfast, which would have made the stay even better.

The facilities are very complete with a good restaurant and pool as well as fitness and sauna with jacuzzi

Too expensive for one room one night

We had to change rooms cause the room smelled wierd. The AC in the second room was not really cooling as well

The beds were comfy, and there was both a fridge and a microwave. However the coffee machine did not work properly.

The WiFi was not very good in our room. There was no extra lock on the room door and nothing to indicate that we did not want to be disturbed. There is only one elevator used by the clients and the cleaning staff.

Because we spoke very little French, the hostess took care of us herself, at dinner. She was so accommodating and friendly and gave wonderful suggestions. Our dining experience was exceptional because of her.

Bathrobes, good mattress, room cleaned every 2 days, walking distance from grocery store, microwave in room, good internet speed, very good room temperature control.

Cooooold pool, weak sauna, snowmobiles very noisy in the morning/night, vacuum cleaning too noisy, spa mostly always full.

Usually traveling alone, I would take a long time falling asleep. But the beds were so comfortable I managed to fall asleep sooner than usual.

I couldn't really get the heat down so i left the windows up all night (i loved that part, most hotels don't give you that option) but I woke up to my room smelling like diesel fuel because a transport truck had parked next to the hotel rooms, with its engines on.
