Friendly staff

The jacuzzi looked disgusting from staining, there was dirt and leftover food behind the desk (had to plug our tv in and saw it). Staff was notified and didn't clean our room the 2nd day.

Oui, je n'ai malheureusement pas apprécié qu'il y ait énormément de bruit le soir et la nuit, que les gens qui y séjourne clauqe les portes de leur chambre et qu'il n'y a pas de respect pour cela.

location is really good for a lot of food choices. friendly staff, quite and clean room

well, no elevator, if the breakfast can have more choices, that will be even greater.

Price was extremely reasonable and the staff very helpful and accommodating

Needing some updating to decor but it was clean and comfortable. Location was a little further than expected from highway but was actually quite easy to access the next morning.

Great room with microwave and coffee maker. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with lot of options. Staff was very upbeat and helpful. This hotel far exceeded my expectations.

The description of the doesn¿t say it a based room and also the person who monitor the cafeteria while at morning breakfast time, she is not welcome and actually creates the place bit hostile.

Rooms were clean and organized Pillows were good

Beds were hard. So much I wanted to check out. One bed made noise. Bathroom was good but soap and shampoo were cheap and little.

The location is great, near the highway to Quebec City. Staff are nice and the room is clean.

There were many different things to eat at breakfast. The rooms have mich space.

There were no elevators. Very bad connections to the public traffic.

Large enough rooms to accommodate a family of two adults and two children, good breakfast, very pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel is located far from the center of Montreal, during the 4 days that we stayed at the hotel the room was never cleaned.

Location not bad, price not high.

We were assigned a room in basement which has smoking smells. A few people were lingering and smoking at the entrance to building. Table surface was sticky. Toilet was shakeing and leaking water.

Good rooms

Horrible breakfast and dining staff. She was rude initially however fine later. Many things were not available in breakfast. Need to improve dining alot.

Location was easy to get to. the room as good, and had everythink that u needed. TGhe breakfast was excellent, juice, fruit, muffin, and yogourt.Over all we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

When they gave us the room key, it wouldn't fit . Then a man came to the door and we appologized. They need to make the number 7 clearer because it looks like a 2. The office was sorry this happened and tolod us the room was 417 and not 412.

They let me cancel one of my rooms and get a refund because covid cases were high in that area.

I didn't like how they let me cancel one room but not be able to cancel the other room so I had to eat the cost of the hotel even though covid cases were high up by them. When my trip gets rescheduled I def know who NOT to go to for a room in Quebec.

Nice rooms, well equipped, fast service, good breakfast

Despite its nondescript appearance, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise, from the warm welcome at the nice reception area, to the simple but quiet & comfortable well-equipped room in the building behind.

One minor problem; The coffee machine is set in a space too low to allow opening properly the lid for pouring water, so the water spills all over the place. Could be a flaw only in my room, with a bad combination of coffee machine and shelving space.

It was a very nice room, free breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

No pool. Cleaning staff might want to clean under the furniture once in awhile. There was a lot of dirt and straws.
