Days Inn by Wyndham Berthierville

The front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Various coffee options and juice were available 24 hrs.

There were many transportation trucks parked near the hotel. In the morning, I was woken up hearing them leaving. The breakfast area was very dim.

Courteous staff.

Good location between Montreal and Quebec City.

Bed was too small for 2 persons. Asked for room with Queens bed but it was a smaller full bed.

The reception staff are awesome! Polite, efficient and helpful.

I really enjoyed my sleep, a substantial breakfast, very clean, and amazing vibes.

The hotel is located at a great location, which is a short detour from the highway to Quebec City. It’s also very near to some restaurants and a petrol station. The place also comes with one parking spot for guests traveling with children, which is particularly useful during a harsh winter day. We didn’t park our car at this special spot but was reminded by one of the staffs that this is possible. At the same time, they also checked with guests if they are indeed traveling with children if they notice a guest parking a car there. Overall, the staffs have been very friendly!

We searched for a room for four people (two adults and two children). Without paying too much attention to the details, we ended up reserving a room with a Queen bed and a sofa bed. The hotel explained that this is not the best fit and we could change to a double room at a cost. We decided to keep the original reservation, and the sofa bed, which is actually just a three-seater sofa, does not work super well for me. I think the mistake is more on our side, but it may be good to advise potential future guests that what they have is a sofa, rather than a sofa bed.

Amazing breakfast, super friendly staff

One of the rooms was near the laundry room and it was loud at night till midnight. Besides that, I've stayed in various rooms. Great place

The continental breakfast was good. In the fridge they have traditions Creton and fresh jam.Room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfy. Soft mattress McD and another restaurant right there in the same parking lot

The room was clean and the shower and bed and bed linens were awesome. So comfortable.

I was hoping to have a hot breakfast, with bacon and scrambled eggs. There was still a good variety of things, but being diabetic and not eating starch it was limited.

Clean, conveniently located, easy checkin/checkout, accepting pet for a small fees.

Nothing negative to say

Very good options. Having the separate area for the kids was a good idea. It filled our needs for our travels.

There seemed to be an odour coming from the air conditioning?!

The breakfast had a lot of selection. The front desk was bilingual and very welcoming to our pet.

Floors were dirty and room size was too small!! Plus the hotel had appeared to have a recent face lift but still felt dated.

This small hotel was exceptionally nice. THe rooms were clean, had extra touches in unique artwork and pillows on the bed. The amenities in the bathroom were also an upgraded touch. The breakfast was excellent. The owners clearly care about the hotel and making sure guests are comfortable. The check in clerk made sure we knew some options for dinner and was helpful in speaking English as we are not French speakers.

I would not suggest anything. We enjoyed our stay and I really have nothing to suggest.

Easy parking and check in. Quick stop for one night. Delicious hot chocolate at the morning breakfast.

We had an exceptionally clean room. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice and modern. We didn’t hear anyone except people in the hallway. The breakfast was decent. Free parking.

Bike friendly, helpful staff, yummy breakfast with great variety. Very comfy bed.
