Breakfast area kept very clean. Room very spacious and clean.

Younger reception male at front desk is rude, and lazy. I didn?t hear what he was saying bcs he was talking down to his computer, so he got angry and raised his voice inappropriately.

The reception/concierge staff were terrific, he was welcoming, helpful, and patient with my efforts to speak French. He asked us about our day and what we enjoyed on our visit to Quebec City each night.

The staff was welcoming, helpful, kind and smiley. the service at lunch was good, the waiter was professional and courteous

It is well located with a super-market and a Canadian tire nearby. This is handy if you travel with kids. It was very close to the Montmorency Falls and only 12 minutes or so from downtown.

The same breakfast for a 5 nights stay. It was downright monotonous.

the depth of the pool is not good for children, the fact that there is no shallow end is a problem.

The hotel was lovely, our room was large and clean, the staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. We also loved the breakfast! Lots of options and food tasted great

The location of the hotel isn’t ideal but certainly not a deal breaker.

We enjoyed the breakfast, the variety of options. The staff were friendly and overall the facility and rooms were clean.

I didn’t like how there were scuff marks in the room that were quite noticeable. Would recommend painting the room. Also the pillows for the bed were a bit worn, either needs more filling or new ones.

I don’t feel it’s fair for the hotel to have free charging for the Tesla electric car and any other brand of electric cars have to pay 1.25 an hour

Small pool and washroom had sliding door with no lock

There was food left over in the fridge from previous guest and had to go to front desk to get toilet paper.

Really nice room and amenities, bit far out from the city but worth the price.

There were children running on the floor above until 2 am in the night. We barely got any sleep. We even complained to the front desk but nothing really happened.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, but a touch dated. Beds were pretty comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning.
