I love the STAFF, location, service. A few years back, I witnessed an awesome member of the team, Laura manage a difficult customer service situation. She handled it with incredible class and panache. That sold me as a customer since.

I've not had a complaint to date.

I LOVE staying here because the WHOLE staff is ALWAYS top notch, and treats you like family & honoured guests. It's my favourite place to stay when I'm in town. Those at the Front Desk ALWAYS extend the warmest welcome with their smiles alone.

I love the location because it's close to client appointments and the airport. I can't forget about the most amazing staff!! Everyone I encountered is EXCELLENT!!

EVERYTHING! The proximity to my client appointments, the staff is TOP NOTCH; EVERYONE from Front Desk Reception through to all encountered! I love staying here on business. I know everything will be consistently great and that's why I return repeatedly.

We had a king room with sitting area and did not like the sofa,way too big,it engulfs you and my feet don?t touch the ground

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Our kids had a great time with the pool toys!

Everything was great, but the pool could have been a little cleaner.

EVERYTHING! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL, ALL LEVELS, the location is great, I enjoy it so much I almost hate to leave because it's so much like being home with friends! Makes doing business in the area an absolute pleasure!

After this many years of staying here and in several rooms throughout the hotel, NOTHING I dislike ever crosses my mind.

I love the location, the staff is FANTASTIC, it's centrally located to where I do business. It's close enough to the relevant highways and client locations that I need to visit.

Giocchino heads an amazing team, ever the consummate gentleman has made every experience always a pleasure. The exceptional staff and management, makes it feel like I'm staying home with friends. I always know no matter the trip, I can relax in comfort.

That there are not MORE like these amazing people who work here.

Comfortable room

Pool used for swimming lessons on Sunday morning so a bit awkward to use as a hotel guest.

I like the proximity to the airport, the highways, and all of my appointments while in the city for business trips.

The shower gave only HOT WATER AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT Honestly the staff offered to move us to another room the following day. It will be too much for repackage

There was nowhere close by to grab food.

I love that it is close to all of my appointments in the Greater Montreal area. Also it's very clean and the staff is top notch.
