- We enjoyed the pool and also the breakfast and they coffee in the lobby
- The location was perfect. Overall the staff were excellent. Would like to see smiles and friendliness on breakfast and cleaning staff
- The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent for an in house hotel breakfast. If you're heading to the St. Jacobs market it's perfect.

- The toilet seat was not high in an accessible washroom. My husband had great difficulty in getting up off it. When meantioned, we?re told issue will be addressed in upcoming renovations First breakfast buffet was excellent but 2nd was cold and tasteless
- The pool area needed more towels available for users.
