Monte Carlo Inn Vaughan Suites

Nothing special about this hotel.

Refrigerator didn’t work. Carpet was dirty and torn. The breakfast (that we paid for) was absolutely ridiculous — just stale bagels and cereal. They make you get a breakfast voucher, and then harass you about the voucher while you’re eating.

Rooms were comfortable and clean

Disappointed in breakfast.

Location. Large room. Comfortable beds. Quiet.

Breakfast. Yuck. No decaf coffee. Crappy juice. Mass produced tasteless pastries. Etc.

Took a couples trip to Vaughan to get away. Booked the Luxery King Suite. Jacuzzi tub gave room romantic feel. Very clean, friendly staff.

Breakfast we skipped, boring bland options can get eggs for the price of going to a restruant.

Location, large toom

Breakfast included was very sparse… if you wanted eggs and a side, it costs an additional$8.00 plus GSt plus a gratuity… a little disappointing

Elevators worked

Front desk staff were arguing throwing papers at each other while i waited to give my info. Rooms are very musty smelling abd could not open the wibdiw

The room was very clean, location was good for our purpose and the breakfast was a nice perk

All the staff from the front desk to the cleaners are very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed on the 6th floor and there were tears in the curtains and the wallpaper was old and outdated. The whole room needed a refresh.

Paid for the room on arrival with debit card and staff still requested to charge a deposit of $100 on our Scotia credit card . We are of yet to be reimbursed the deposit. Unheard of. Going on 10 days. Pretty upsetting.

How clean it was

Yes no windows I understand for safety and smoking but a lil window with a net or something would be nice I had to get fresh air thru the fan in the room but that made me feel a bit claustrophobic

It's central to everything

The room felt crowded. Last year my room was spacey.

5 minutes after I entered I found a lot of bad bugs and went to complain they put me out of the hotel and I slept on the street

The pricing, the location and the friendly and helpful staff.

The pillows were old, too soft, and lumpy. Was not able to get a good night sleep because of this.

The breakfast area was congested, unable to take fruit/food out to your room,

I like the character , especially the fountain It feels like a European / Roman theme .

Would like more selection for breakfast . I had to bring my own fruit .
