Service and staff. Cleanliness of hotel and eating area as well. Gluten free bagels on requests was very much appreciated

It was modern and liked the solid surface floors.

Hot water did not come on immediately, brushed my teeth with cold water. Shower temp was intermittent.

Spots on the Bed and sofa

The furniture was very dated, marked and chipped. The air system was very noisy! Carpets and furniture need to be replaced

Pull out sofa mattress looked worn. Room appeared to be much larger on website.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor that was small and you could hear everything through the door. I called front desk to complain at 5am about 2 people who were speaking loudly in the hall. Totally ridiculous! I spent money to be kept awake!

Nice comfortable, large room. Great fitness room. Free parking. Good breakfast.

I couldn't find the remote to turn on the tv in the fitness room.

Excellent experience, Room far above our expectations. First encounter with staff was with front desk via phone, I felt she was unprofessional, laughing and having another conversation while taking my call. Check in was quick and easy.

Free breakfast was a plus, but the space is too small to accommodate the amount of guests during our stay. Also the staff was not able to keep up replenishing the dishes and utensils needed to get breakfast. Nor were they able to keep the area clean .

Staff very friendly, hotel was clean and bright. Included breakfast which had variety.

Free continental breakfast, free small scale dinner and free bike rental. WOW!

A few pestering flies in dining area. Need strips or appears to eliminate them coming in from beautiful outdoor dining patio.

Rooms were large and very clean. Having the kitchen was great.

Poor food inventory for kitchen. SOLUTION: No. for a grocery delivery. 'Guest' wifi strength terrible for those staying for business. Even worse for MAC users.

All staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and inviting. It was amazing that both breakfast and supper are provided.

1) Room (simple but attractive, comfy, easy to adjust for in-room working (although had to ask for remote to set up TV to use as screen for working) 2) Staff incredibly helpful on all fronts.

Didn't have a car. Access to area a challenge (winter is worse). Zip car nearby be great. More food essentials at reception for use in room kitchen be great (oil, butter). As a solo freelancer last minute price was great, can't afford regular rate.

Modern rooms,

No Hot water, Luke warm / cool shower at night, in the morning it was hot though so the hotel must run out of hot water in the evening, Very annoying... Also put me directly in front of Elevator, asked to move but they claimed they had no more avail.

No oatmeal for breakfast, too far away from high way, hotel name sigh not very easy to see for people driving on major road.

Improved room designed for accessible accommodations. Modern features in design and planning to make hotel stay pleasant.

Hotel front outside entry way has indirect accessible off loading area with paving stones with raised curbing. Does not make use of full frontage. Raised curbing path design impedes full access to areas of accessible parking spots.
