Great location, right off the highway and in front of the mall. Super clean and very renovated and funky.

Modern look and feel - refreshing. A little bit different than the "standard" hotels.

It was warm in the room and there was no possibility to open a window.

The lobby and the exterior lounge was very nice.

I did not like how dusty (from the curtains to the floor) and dirty and need of maintenance the room and bathroom was (I cleaned with Lysol myself).

I absolutely love this hotel! It's my all time favorite wish there was more of them! From the minute u walk into the lobby the beautiful scent gives u a warm welcome!! The ladies at the check in counter were very friendly!

Only a very small issue but wish there was microwaves in the rooms. There is one available for use down in the main lobby

The consistency of the amenities and decor

You could tell our room needed to be refreshed. The was some sort of mold or something at the bottom of the walk in shower. I don't know if it needed new caulking or it was bc there was previous water damage?? The side entrance was never locked.

As mentioned at the front desk upon check out, many people are not taking housekeeping these days. This means when guests leave garbage outside of rooms it should be picked up regularly.I was very disappointed. I stayed 3 nights.It took 12 hrs + each da

I loved the modern look, services as : very nice bar, pool, fitness room, water in the room, clean sheets, netflix on TV (the kids loved that), design in the room and the combination of coulers, very nice shower.

I didn't like that everytime when another person above, next or lower floor took a shower, our shower will drop water. The sound of drooping water didn't let us took a nice a resting sleep. I was in room 303. Please avoid this room.

The sliding door to bathroom was very heavy to re open needs maintenance.thank goodness i was travelling with someone . the converter for tv is not kept in rooms ? Coffee in lobby is $4 a cup ? Coffee maker in room was very dusty.

The room wasn't as clean as it should be, given that we are in a pandemic. The bathroom floor was not clean, the towels had stains on them and the bathroom sink had stains.

Very crisp and clean. Modern styling. Cool layout with natural lighting

Staff at the hotel must of thought we had checked out as they knocked not once, but twice before 8:30am which was not appreciated

The staff went above and beyond for service. The room was clean and modern. Wonderful experience. I never recommend anything but I do not hesitate to here.

Location was good. Front desk staff was nice and attentive. Restaurant food was good in a pinch.

No closet or dresser. There was a place to hang shirts but my other clothes had to go on a shelf in the bathroom. There was also no clock. Clock is better than phone when getting ready. Door to adjoining room was not good at blocking noise.

I loved to layout of the hotel. I enjoyed the atmosphere.

The one elevator would come down but not up to the second floor. The staff finally had to set the elevator to go to the 4th eo the other one would come down. I know that will be fixed I would have liked to seecomplimentary breakfast - juice, fruit muff
