- Location (within a reasonable distance from the VIA rail station) staff was very accommodating and helpful. (front desk person gave excellent suggestions on nearby dine-in and take-out options). Room was excellent, with recently renovated bathroom)

Cons -
- I wish it had been quieter.
- Alas! Filmores Hotel is to be torn down within two months to make way for yet another skyscraper. Was as interesting neighborhood which will now be replaced with high-rise sterility. Also, no elevators, so we had to tote our luggage up to the 2nd floor.
- There was no house cleaning, they didn¿t change our towels. They only threw out garbages.
